Video quality too high
Basically I've been downloading all the kaizoku releases up to episode 207 and they've played fine, but I downloaded episode 207 off the irc channel as usual and it skips/freezes on frames. Did some research and found that episode 207 is in HD, so I'm thinking my pc probably isn't fast enough to play it. Is there any way I can get a lower quality release(the same quality as episode 206 and earlier)?
Also, are all the episodes after 207 in the same HD format or is it just 207-209?
And how fast does a pc need to be to play the HD episodes?
Hopefully I can get some help here.

There are the mp4-releases in SD and HD (if available) of each episode.
