Hello few weeks ago i started watching one piece from episode 1, and now that i am in episode 154 I can really say that i enjoy this series.
Then i noticed that i have missed a few movies, but the problem is i don't know after what episode should i start watching them.
I am not looking for a complete guide but it would really help if you can tell me after what episode should I stop and watch a certain movies.
It would really be a lot of help, Thank you.

"This is the first recapitulation episode; it covers the first five episodes with the only difference being that the episode follows the manga storyline and begins with Luffy and Shanks at the bar. Also in the ending the current Straw Hats have a small dialogue about their goal. The episode released later in a DVD along with a TV Special Adventure in the Ocean's Navel. "

Take it slow, take a break after a plot arc to digest the story. If you marathon it completely through you're not going to remember it on down the line.
You're looking at 500+ episodes of content, and a lot of information to digest. So ask questions, read the wiki if you're confused, find a buddy to run through the story with you.
And remember this is entertainment, it's a fun world.
