Song name: 明日は来るから (Ashita wa Kuru Kara) ...could be wrong. My Kanji skills suck.

Don't know which week in Feb yet. Still a ways off. I wish they'd get the new opening going.

I have a Mac and can't see the raws due to some weird codec problem.  In episodes up to about 230 I could see about half.  Afterwards NONE, until the 2 part special when I could see them again, but 252 is gone again.  WTF.

There must be a Mac program to let me see the RAWS.

Nah, they could change openings at any time.  This is their best technical effort to date, though.  They switched openers inside of Alabastard and Skypeeya before, so they could do it again.  I had assumed they changed with 'seasons' in the animation.

But the problem in this case is that Going Merry is gone now...the animators need to know what the Strawhats are going to be traveling around in before they can show it in the opening. And while most of us are pretty certain Franky is the one that will join, he still hasn't officially joined in the manga yet, and Oda could still pull a fast one.

Yeah, that is possible. It depends on how Oda will work this out, I guess. And at this point, I really don't know. It just seems like they've very close to those answers.

Where did you guys get eps 166 to the current one(the one the1_4u posted about)?? are they subbed?

Well as Chuixupu said I have read the manga till the very latest chapter. today new chapter comes out. damn Im restless. Anyways regarding getting episodes after 166 well you can get crappy HK subs and cool Gerusama subs from 219+. But if you want raws you have to really do some hunting like me. I am trying to use Winny but from some ****ing reason its not connecting me to any nodes conclusion is I can't search

I was too pumped up to see what would happen after 164 (at the time) so i searched @ www.isohunt.com for the missing episodes. HK subs really ARE bad, but they're better then no subs, for those that don't understand japanese, like myself, right? Got up to 252, at the moment, but those from 248+ have no subs. I wasn't searching for RAWs, though.
Since then, i've downloaded the manga too (currently on chapter 390: also have 391 and 392 but in japanese, and manga isn't quite the same as anime), and i'm renaming all the pics (all 8000+) so that i can have them in the same folder, instead of separate folders for each one: currently up to 121 (just my way of organizing things).

EDIT

Forgot to say: the manga is more advanced then the anime, obviously, by 15 episodes, or more. Episode 252 of anime's ending is the same as chapter 360 of manga's ending, and the manga is already at chapter 392.

According to chapter 392 cover illustration, there are 2 more OP Special coming, right?
One on 12/30 9:55~10:50am & the other on 1/3 6:00~7:25am(as scheduled)... Hmm looks like I will have to wake up early....

anyway, can't wait for the Jidai-geki SPECIAL !!

I haven't seen that ad, but last year they did pretty much the same thing. I woke up early to watch it and it was just one of the older movies. Maybe this year they'll be the older specials. Romi can read it better than I can. So, trust in Romi.

The special looks great, although I was really looking forward to the next W7 ep, with Luffy, Zorro, and a really, really big wave. Looks like that might have to wait until next year because of the holiday specials that'll bump OP off the air for a week or two. Then MAYBE we can get a new intro. I hope they don't wait until the new ending in Feb.

I'm trying to figure out how this special is going to be....is it perhaps, going to be one of those cases where someone is telling stories that end up featuring the cast of the show? If you can figure out what I'm talking about.
