It was dark and raining hard on the isle of trade. The manager of the dock, Demin, was sitting inside reading calmly. On any other day he would have been outside taking peoples money that made port. However today he doubted that anyone was going to sail in to the harbor during such bad weather. The storm had been going for a day and a half and it seemed to have no intention of stopping. The great Festival was in 1 day, and if this rain didn’t stop the merchants and pirates that would be arriving to trade goods would not come. Demin, like everyone else, was worried but also felt a little relieved, for the days leading up to the trade festival made the ports busy. Demin was old and liked being able to read in peace, but he liked the hassle and bustle more than he liked to admit.
Then to his astonishment he looked up to see a boat on the horizon. A one man boat with a single passenger was nearing the docks. Upon it was a flag that had been matted down to the mast by the relentless flow of water that fell from the sky. Demin ran for his rain coat and his record book and rushed out the door. Demin, although old was a retired marine with his fair share of scars on his arms and face. He was also about 7’5 and very muscular. This made him perfect for scaring away anyone wanting to cause trouble.
By the time Demin reached the stranger he was kneeling to tie his boat to the dock. He stood, and Demin looked the stranger up and down. He was wearing a black cloak from head to ankle, only his mouth was visible. Leaning over to meet the stranger in the eye, witch seemed impossible because of the cloak, he spoke.
“State your business” he said yelling to be heard over the storm.
“Have you forgotten so soon.” The stranger said with reluctance.
“Wha-? “ Demin then dropped his record book witch was immediately swept away in the wind. Turning the stranger extended something from his cloak, which shot out and wrapped around the record book and repelled it. The stranger handed the book back to Demin. Demin looked down surprised. ”Z is that you!”
At that moment a little furry head appeared next to the main one both smiled showing their teeth. “We’re back!” they said. “Soon some people will come through looking for me…let’s keep my arrival between us okay. Otherwise the whole town will want a party in honor of my return.” Z then handed him a pouch of belli.
“Wait are they bad people?” Demin asked
Z replied laughing,”I don’t know yet. Hehe, I don’t think they will cause you any trouble.”
“I hope your right… Its good to have you back son.” Demin said putting an arm on Z’s shoulder.
Z, returning his embrace said,” It’s good to be back old friend. Now a favor and I must be off. Anyone who comes into port with a paper bearing the same mark as the ship I have in storage let through without a fee. Also have some men ready that ship please, for departure in 3 days. Oh and when they come in looking for me give them these they are passes to the inn they can stay free till the day after the festival wiht these passes.”
“Consider it done, and who are you exactly.” Demin said.
Smiling again Z replied, “Thank you again.” With that Z departed for main trade town. Just before he was out of site he called back, “Look Alive man, the storm is clearing and you have guests!” For at that moment the clouds parted and sun shone through like a giant flash light.
Groaning Demin yelled back,” You better get out of here before I remember your name boy!”
“Yes Sir!” Z said with a salute, and then ran into town.
Demin was about to lecture him but saw the horizon clear and at least 12 ships on the horizon. Demin reluctantly readied himself for business. He’s back witch means some thing big must be happening. He thought.
As soon as he was out of site Z jumped onto the wall that divided the port from the city and gazed toward the oncoming white sails. One bared a flag with a hammer and anvil on it that Z knew all too well. The invites he had given out to: The wolf girl, Archer, Thief, Guitarist, the song woman, the lama-man, the navigator, and the cross buck shot gun man. Z had visited these people and given them an invitation to the island.
Although they hadn’t seen his face, and he had left no name, he left them a single clue as to how to find him. He signed his invitation “the man who wares Unity on his back.”
He then had a ship sent to each of the islands and hopefully were granted passage to trade isle. Looking over the harbor one last time Z hoped that those people were either aboard the ship he saw or had found other means of coming. Finally jumping down from the wall Z headed into town.

An invitation and a map for some trading town.
This was an odd feeling, a sinking feeling mixed with a keyhole sized light of hope. The light would be bigger if this wasn't so strange... who gave out invitations to random people? But it didn't matter, the boat mentioned was freedom from the island she had been stuck on. She couldn't remember when she had gotten the letter and the map, she couldn't remember boarding a boat and sailing across the sea until a dot of land appeared on the horizon... her heart leapt then. It was like a distant memory, a dream, but it happened and she couldn't help but be glad.
But that was whenever that was. This was now, and it was raining something bad in this trading town she ended up in.
A figured stepped onto the dock with a small smile touching the lips, half wanting the festival to begin as soon as a boot touched the dock and the sky to rain confetti and sparkles. The other half knew it wouldn't happen. But thinking about it was nice, the laugh was needed. The body was covered with a black jacket that was much too big, the sleeves covering the arms and the bottom touching the soaked ground. But the face was visible, though, it was a young woman with blonde hair... a few strands hung in front of her face. One arm was inside the jacket, holding a small bag filled with clothes and what not.
It was rather late, then again you couldn't tell, the clouds covered the sky and blocked out the sun, the moon, and the stars. How long had it been raining? she wondered absent-mindedly.
Blue eyes quickly glanced down at the sheets and re-read, "Flash the symbol, huh? To who, the sky?" Pale fingers switched the paper to the other side then back, there were no other directions and she had just this and a map. Odd. It could be worse. Isn't that was people said? Cheer up! a voice spoke up in her head, You're off that horrid island and now you're here. You're smart, figure this out, it'll be a free ride 'round the world and over the sea... that's what you always wanted, right? Suck it up, girl, you didn't come here to waste your time.
She was kind of afraid to admit that voice was right...
With a quick glance around the dock, the wind whipping at the jacket and attacking her body, it took a moment to notice the tiny house off to the side. A thought popped to her. Feeling the force of an angry storm with flashing claws and roars and trying to walk through it might not be an great idea, but if that was where she was supposed to go... it would't hurt to try.
She crossed slowly, her fist went to the window as she got there, beating down on it (but gently not to break the glass and bring forth the wrath of the owner), yelling as loud as her lungs could handle. She cursed the rain and the storm all in one shot but the words were lost in the wind she cursed as well. "Oiii! 'Cuse me! Open up, oiii!!"
Whether these words danced away in the storm, she didn't know, nor did she care much as be banged upon a window and screamed with a short pause to let tired lungs refill with lovely, lovely air.

Demin looked up from his book. What was all the noise coming from? He looked up to behold a cute little girl in the window. Her hair was like gold against the dark sky witch was completely cleared by then. Sighing he got up and let her in “What is it missy I heard you had a pass into the harbor from one of my lackeys, so I didn’t charge you entry. What else do you want?” He paused
“I’m not sure what to do. You see I got this invitation and I have no idea were to go. You see, I’m looking for someone.”
“Sorry missy but I can’t help you with finding people I’m down here on the docks most of the time. As you probably guess lots of people go in and out of these ports everyday. Here let me see that.” Demin snatched the invitation and map out of her hand. ”Ha this says to meet your mystery man at the plaza in three days. In the mean time I suggest you relax. You look pretty worn out young’in. Here is were we, are the port of gold.” Said Demin pointing to the map. ”Follow this road to the food market, and get your self something to eat. Then just walk around until you find an inn. Here, because I’m feeling generous here’s a coupon that will get you in and out of the inns here free for three days. Then once you’ve gotten a nice sleep enjoy your self. Once the festival starts foreign traders will arrive and you will be able to purchase anything. Do you have any money?”

Offline
This was no man talking to her, this was a giant and she felt like she was going to be crushed. But the idea was shaken out of her head by the man himself, he seemed pretty... nice. Wait... what did he ask? Money? Did she have money? "Pfft, no," she scoffed by accident and covered it up quickly. "Sorry, I mean I don't have money... I'm broke. But thanks for the inn coupons, you're a life saver."
Oh did she owe him now, but she'd be glad to pay this guy back, once she had some money anyway. She held the coupons in her dry hand the one was inside her jacket, which was plastered to a rather nice figure. Three days wait, but there was a festival, which was like a party, and did she like parties. After that she could wait for this so called "mystery man" and see what was the deal with this invitation and this map and this place in general. But the storm was gone, the clouds drifted off to rain on some other island nearby or far away, that was a relief.

Will work for food. She had stated that when she first started to work. The young woman wasn't quite sure what to make of everything. She had never left Censue island before and she was amazed by a new island. Amazing. It really was amazing. On the way there she had met someone though. Not in a romantic way. No! She had only met him for a little while and then she recieved a note. An invitation really. So, she went to where she was told to go mainly out of curiosity.
Pushing her way past people she grunted appologies to everyone she bumped into. There were so many people near the resteraunt districts. Which made sense to her since everyone had to eat. But it was starting to become bothersme and aggrivating. Snorting when she made her way out she sighed and brushed her ebony hair out of her eyes.
She had two locks of hair that dreamed her face and reached her chin almost like a pixie cut! However, her hair was much longer and reached her mid back, but it was tied up in pigtails. Mei’s hair was ebony black. Her skin was pale as the moon light, she never tanned but luckily, she never burned either! Which was rather fortunate for her since she was so fair skinned. Her eyes were extremely wide and deep set, inquisitive and always asking questions. They were honey colored with flecks of emerald green all over irises. Her pupils were the same emerald green not black like they used to be.
She would have been cuter if she didn’t have such sharp canine teeth! All of her teeth seemed oversized and abnormally sharp like wolf teeth. Her ears were odd as well, they were pointed and looked almost elf like but they were pointed due to the canine like blood within her. Mei was a thin and lithe thing but she wasn’t gangly, more graceful looking than anything else. Despite her small five foot frame she kept a thin and almost dancer like look. Mei was undersized and thin.
She was wearing her normal clothes. It was a green no sleeve dress that reached her thighs and the collar was triangle shaped all the hems on her dress were yellow almost like her eyes. So no one could look up her skirt she had on a pair of yellow shorts hidden under her dress. Hanging off her shoulders were a pair of long bell like sleeves that matched her dress, hem color and all, the sleeves went past her fingertips hiding her clawed hands. A pair of black fingerless gloves were on her hands to protect them from hurting herself with her weaponry. A pair of brown tie up sandals were on her thin legs and went up a little below her knees giving her an almost ballerina like look.
Other than the clothes upon her back she didn't have much else. Just a small bag that was on her back and contained the few belongings that she had. The young woman looked around blinking a couple of times. Miss Mei Li chewed gently upon her lip. Wide eyed she brushed her hair back and stroked her pigtails. Mei wasn't quite sure what to make of everything. She only knew that she would have to meet him somewhere.
But she forgot what he looked like. But she remembered the name! Or part of it anyway. Z. Yes. That was just about all that she remembered. The young woman sighed and slowly started to walk forward. Happy to be out of everyone's way. People were starting to annoy her and she was glad to get away. She preffered animals than people anyway. Sighing, she brushed her hair back again.
Where was she supposed to go again?

The Enigma II sailed through the parting clouds towards an unusually round island. As the wind died down, a jolly roger with a bandana'd skull, crossed shotguns and a sword fell from its flying position to rest on the mast. On the deck laid a man in a white trenchcoat lying on a barcalounger with the white hood of his coat covering his face.
Demin watched the blond haired girl walk into town and was suddenly ripped from a daydream. A medium sized boat had come into the harbor and pulled right into a pier without stopping. Needless to say, the loud crash caused everyone in the dock to look toward the boat that narrowly missed destroying a pier.
Despite a loud crash and a jolting stop, the man on deck continued to lay on the deck, not moving a muscle or responding to the physical stimuli.
With a few quick steps, Demin walked over to the new arrival and looked down onto the deck where he saw the man in white. Before he could ask the man what in the world he was doing, a green flash of a parrot flew up to his face. This parrot was carrying a card with a skull and crossbones wearing a white bandana. As the parrot dropped the card into the giant's hand, it flew back to the man on deck.
Meijin was sleeping soundly on the deck of his ship when his parrot landed on his head and started to peck at his face. Trivalu jolted awake and as his eyes adjusted to his surroundings, he was shocked to see a giant looking over him. The resulting double take put the Triviamaster on the deck with a loud slam.
With a raised eyebrow, Demin asked the strange man, "Where's the rest of your crew?"
Standing up and brushing himself off, Meijin replied, "What crew? I run this ship, thank you very much."
"You? Only you?"
"You got it, big guy."
"But this is such a large ship!"
"I have a parrot."
"THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS!"
Hopping over the side of The Enigma II with a rope, Meijin began to tie her to the broken dock. "Has your dock always been this beaten up?"
"THAT WAS YOUR FAULT!"
"Oh, I'm sorry." As he said this, his parrot flew up and plopped two golden coins in the giant's hand.
Seeing the compensation for this damage, Demin calmed down. "So, you're with that white bandana guy, right?"
"Maybe, depends on if I'll accept or not."
"If you want, you can stay at one of the inns on the island."
"No thanks, I think I'll sleep on my ship."
"If you need any supplies, you can pick them up in the next few days."
"Thanks for the tip, big guy."
Demin was amused with this man's casual behavior. "What do you know about the man who gave you this card?"
Hopping back onto his ship, Trivalu answered with an increasing smile, "Absolutely nothing, that's why I came. I like the intrigue of a new mystery, a puzzle with few clues."
Getting back to logistics, Demin asked, "I'll need a name if you're to dock here."
"Just call me "Triviamaster"."
As he said this, Meijin laid back down and went right back to sleep.

The town was so quiet, so peaceful for once, though she walked into it without a coin to her name. It could be worse is what they said, and she figured it was worse enough. Cold, tired, wet, hungry, poor, is what she was. Hungry more like starving, cold more like freezing, but it didn't matter much... a room to stay in was the only thing on this woman's mind. The sounds of a bar could be heard up the street, people were still awake, the lights were on. It sounded like a party.
The noises attracted her so much she began to jog without realizing it, was she that desperate for shelter? Yeah, she was, and she forced herself to walk normally (if not a bit fast) instead. The bar was more or less full, people talking loudly, people sang far off note, the smell of booze, cigarettes, and cigars was thick in the air though that was usually common with every bar. Pulling the hood off while she made her war to the bar counter, through a crowd of sober and drunks, she didn't give the bar tender so much as a smile once she got there. Every muscle ached with months, if not a year's, worth of pain... "Hey, where can I find an inn? Is this one?"
This bar lifted her mood a bit, though it was hard to tell, the laughing and cheering of the crowd behind her forced the smallest on smiles on her face though it was a weary one.

Someone hands him a letter and runs away
He doesn’t open it till later that day. (Later that day) I get a random invitation from some guy, and he wants me to come over the sea to find him “ sheesh ” who does this guy think he is, he doesn’t even introduce himself first,
This Crew might be help me with my training, I mean here on this island I have just been getting small bounties for small crooks. I can even improve my skills on this trip; I’m actually starting to like this idea.
So Yin takes the invitation to travel on this boat with these other pirates. He doesn’t talk with anyone on the way up there. They experienced a rough storm through most of the journey to the island and it was a little depressing. He just sat there with his pet Icaris, thinking about AA with all the things that he has gone through in his life. The image of his father’s death kept flashing in his mind. His anger started to rise,” I have to calm down” he thought as he sat there alone on the boat. The storm started to stop as they pulled into the dock. When people were getting off the boat they all went up to get these passes for the inn. Yin didn’t want one, he was used to not having a place to stay, or having to pay his own way. He never took anything for free. So he went and found the hotel, there he saw all the other people who were on the boat with him. They all look happy as if they had no care in the world, Yin decided to pay and stay at the hotel for the night.

Jackson was the name of the jolly old bar keep who ran the drunken roger. As an ex pirate he, Jackson was known for being the only man to sail under the original Jolly Roger (unmodified) flag. However when he grew older his longing for the sea faded and he sought to share his experiences with the world. So he came to trade town and opened a bar as well as becoming a great story teller.
Outside the bar was a copy of the original JR but its mouth was open and it was drinking a keg of something with lots of alcohol. Inside behind the bar in a glass frame was his real original flag.
Even though he was an ex-pirate and he was old and big, like Demin, he was not only more generous than Demin, but more jolly less grouchy. Most said it was the difference between the marines and the pirates. However because they looked so much alike but were total opposites in nature, some said they were long lost brothers.
Today the DR was full of sounds the sound of dancing, music, laughing, cheering, and drinking. If you listened every 15 seconds there was a KAMPAI!!! Then in strolled a girl she seemed to be walking funny, and by the time she got to a stool she had caught Jackson’s eye. Seemingly absorbed by the atmosphere she cracked a smile as she said “Water please.”
“AWW! Come on now girly-girl I can see your bones have a bite to eat won’t you.” Jackson said caringly for the woman looked dying of starvation.
“I wont order what I can’t pay fo-“the women collapsed of starvation.
Jackson ran to the back got his strongest whisky. Then he ran back and propped her up on the bar tilted her head back and poured the liquor down her throat (not much) the golden liquid matched her hair. When she woke up there was a plate of food in front of her meet potatoes and some sautéed mushrooms. Looking up she met the wide eyed bar tender. “You gave us quite a scare there, are you okay?” nodding she said.
“Yes, thank you, but I can’t pay-” Cutting her off the bartender said curtly.
“Now don’t give me any of that I can’t pay nonsense you eat that or ill shove it down your gullet!” Then the bar tender threw his head back and laughed wildly, “Like I always say laughter is the key to youth. Did you see Demin on your way here?” The women nodded her mouth full of food. “A He age every day because he doesn’t laugh, keeps he’s still a stone faced marine. You should laugh while your young girly-girl. Oh! I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name.”

Demin hearing yelling stoped reading his book went outside to looks hows making all this noise. he saw a boat moving quikly twords the dock and in the docks. On the ship he saw a man arguing with himself. The boat was about to hit the docks and the man was distracded.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING" yelled demin at the man "YOUR GONNA HIT THE DOCK!, IF YOU DAMEGE MY DOCKS
YOULL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT"
hearing this the brothers imediatly stopped fifgint "SHIT!!" yelled Mat, they were only several meters from the docks now.
"Din we need lower the anchor, then torn the helm and row backwords"
"yes" said Din "and "lower the sail" "SHOTUP" yelled Mat
What Demin saw the man running to the stern, drawing giant sword from his back and cutting two rpoes that support the sail on his way cousing the sail fell. The n the man throw the anchor in the air and wacked it with the side of his sword shoting int far away from the boat. then the man tilted the helm twords the right. Now the man jumped and started rownigeach hand in a differant deraction. Demin heard the man yelling at himself. The boat alingned paralow to the dock and moved slowliy sideways.
"woo, that as close" said the man to himself. "you sure are lucky" said demin to the man "its not luck, its skill" answred the man
"we are the two most skilled navigator you'll meet"
"we?" mumbeled demin in confusin, "yes we, me and m brother here"

you can stay at an inn until then, your captain left this passes" he said given them the passes "thank you verr mu~" satrted Din again interupted by Mat "woohoo free passes to an inn" he said starting to go twords the inn in the map "STOP INTERUTING ME"
yelled Din "then stop being so boring" said Mat "im not boring im just polite, you know you should leand some manne~"
"ooo an inn i didnt drink for soo long" interupted Mat agian.
demin saw the man wlaking away, countinuing. fighing with himself along the way.

The dockmaster could feel a change in the air, like something was building up. As the heavens roared with the last thunderbolt, something sprung from the water, high over the pier. A grinding, ominous guitar-like sound could be heard as the figure came down (variation of the classical piece "Sunrise"). As he came almost flying down, the music trailed off into a complex, up-beat tune, ending with a hard hammer across the strings as he landed. Demin understood that the creature wasn't human, both from the way his legs and body seemed to COIL as he landed, and the slick skin covering his body. Apart from that, he had to admit that it was BY FAR the most attractive merman he had ever seen. And were it not for the telltale bluish skin, he wouldn't made the connection. Also, his "hair" was wriggling, deflating, and hanging shoulderlong from his head.
Sakurai rose and spun around, showing the back of his stingray-hide leather jacket, which carried the emblem of the bandana wearing jolly roger, modified with a stylized lightningbolt running between the ends of the crossbones, forming notes on the sides, and the kanjis for "Free to Dream" between the top and bottom. "Hey, big wrinkly! Where's the rest of the band?!" Sakurai roared through the storm, accentuating the question by making his guitar "sing" (like Peter Frampton) White Bandana Crew.
Demin stood with his mouth agape. Never had he even HEARD of such mastery over an instrument. "The Drunken Roger bar. Go down the-" Sakurai snapped his finger and wagged it at Demin. "No directions! I go my own way!" Demin shrugged. "OY! Weren't you supposed to come on a boat?" Sakurai grinned "I sold it!" Demin raised an eyebrow. "What about the crew?" "I convinced them to stop being lackeys, and follow their dreams." Demin couldn't help but chuckle. There was something about the merman that just made him wanna throw caution to the wind, and do whatever he wanted. Like the two minute show and conversation had given him back youthful exuberance he knew from younger years.
Sakurai coiled down and bursted across the wall, almost gliding on the wind before landing on the street on the other side. He started running through town, picking a few notes on his guitar, giving himself a dramatic background tune. He came to a screeching halt when he spotted a lively place with a jolly roger outside.
He drew a long breath, and listened to the mood, the music and the general vibes of the place. He identified the music easily, and started playing, coming through the door at a peak in the tune. He stole the attention, but moved towards the scene and joined the band. The patrons was bitten by the rythm, and soon, the entire bar had its focus on the stage.

"A-CHOO!!"
A loud sneeze came out of this small, white, four legged lama, who had just arrived in Trade town.
Kato walked down the ship towards the dock.. he kinda didint like the stormy weather. It was raining hard on him and cold wind was blowing on his ears..
"U-vaa.." He growled quitely. "So this is the trade city.. Lets have a another look at that letter.." he thought
"flash the symbol huh? to who?"
Soon a big, muscled man with raincoat and some kind of a book walked towards kato. Kato gazed up at him with his big white eyes.
"hm..? A lama? what is a lama doing here?!" the man with the raincoat shouted
"PLEASE DONT EAT ME LAMAS TASTE BAD!!!" Kato shout as hard as he could
".......... I havent slept for a while" Raincoat man said
But then, that man noticed something on kato´s mouth, it was a letter that he had seen earlier couple times.
"I must be dreaming.. But ah who cares..." The man said and gave kato somekind of a pass
"Just take it and go to the town... Theres a Inn there. Youre supposed to meet with this "mysterious man" in three days, so go get some sleep and.. stuff.. that lamas do.." The man said and walked back to this reading where he came from with a desperate expression.
"Katos heart was beating up a little. Well now he knew that he shouldnt go to city looking like this..
"Human form!" Kato said and rised on his back hoofs. After that he opened up his bag and took out a black raincoat,a pair of shoes and a white beanie, and put those on. He Also put the raincoats hood on so people coudnt see his face. After that he started walking towards the town

A large cargo ship arrives at the trade town docks. As the captain of the ship and his mates unload the crates and barrells traveling on the ship onto the dock, a young but mature looking woman steps off solemly. The dock master, Demin, has walked out to charge the cargo ship for the docking and sees this unusual looking woman. Comparitvely though, to the rest of the people he has seen this morning, she seems to be rather normal.
"'ey Miss."
The young girl turns and looks at the dock master with little emotion on her face.
"Are you the captain of that ship?" Demin says trying to make the young girl blush and fawn over him.
A taller stocky man comes up and responds, "No, I am. She has nothing to do with my ship, just part of my cargo I suppose. What is my fee?"
The young girl starts to walk away and a crew member of the ship runs up to her, "Lady Siren, you forgot this in your cabin." He hands her a small piece of paper, it was the invitation.
The Captain finished conversing with Demin and he saw what this 'Lady Siren' was holding. "Oh so you're with them, I should have known, you look a bit....out of the ordinary."
She smirks slightly at the remark of the dockmaster.
"You should head to the Drunken Roger Bar and wonder around Trade Town for a bit. It's an interesting place." Thinking to himself ' Interesting doesn't always mean good.' The large man hands her a pass for the inn. "It'll let you stay there for three days free."
The young girl takes it and smiles, then she begins to walk away. The dockmaster is now watching her walk and calls out to her, "Feel free to come by and visit now." He says still staring at her backside. He chuckles
the 'Lady Siren' continues to wonder throughout the town and then arrives at the Drunken Roger. She takes a seat at the back and goes relatively unnoticed, unusually so.

Sakurai DID notice the newcomer, but mostly due to the kindred "aura" of music she carried with her. Sakurai could feel how she had rythm, even in her steps. He felt a flow of memories rushing on, triggered by this feeling. A song was almost forcing itself through his throat and fingertips, and Sakurai felt like he was about to burst. He had to sing it. Sakurai motioned to the singer that he wanted to sing. But the half-talented woman seemed to continue on with her own songs.
He tossed his "hair", the morphous octopus named Afro at the singer, gagging her, and stepped forth. "A-RIGHT! This next song is for all the ladies in the room!" Afro scuttled back onto Sakurai's head as he strummed his guitar and sent a jolt of electricity down his fingertips, making the guitar growl in anticipation. "LISTEN TO MY SONG: HER SMILE OF PEARLS!" he exclaimed and started playing a powerful ballad, which the newcomer recognized somehow, as if she had heard it in another lifetime.

"Kuro," she said after a swallow of food and ale. Then started that music, that horrible, ear-splitting, you-might-as-well-crack-your-skull-open-on-the-wall music that ripped through the walls and out into the streets and played and played. The girl with sky colored eyes and hair like the sun glared, not laughed, at this... she was worn out and wasn't in the mood for this. She picked up a piece of food and threw it at the guitarist, screaming for him to shut up, but that music was rather loud so it was more than likely her wavering voice was blocked out.
The bar was too loud, too bright, too everything it was like suffering a hangover from eating, but this hangover was from utter exhaustion.

From the far right hand corner of the bar Zason sat drinking a bit of ale. In the past two hours he had seen three of his invitees come into his favorite hang out. He thought that it was a sign that they were naturally drawn together which would mean they would make a good crew. Although the woman, Kuro, didn’t seem to like his musician who seemed to be quite unorthodox to say the least.
Zason could not help but crack a smile; this was confirmation that at least three of his potential crew had sought him out for whatever reason. Zason then got up not wanting to linger to long and risk being noticed. However as soon as he got out side and turned into the crowd he heard a voice directed at him. “Hey wait aren’t you,” The voice came from inside the bar. But by the time the person perused him out the door he had already escaped down a network of back alleys. It was mid day and the storm had been over fro at least 2 and half hours now.
Zason decided to scout the town and the inns from the shadows he was curious as too how many other potential members had arrived. Zason turned again down another side ally he couldn’t help but smile as he thought: The gathering has begun….These next three days our gonna be FUN!!!

"Oh, this sucks!" the young woman closed her eyes in an angry manor. Mei sighed and pouted gently and turned away. Walking along she chewed gently upon her lower lip with her slightly sharp teeth. "I don't even remember who I'm looking for..." Again, she sighed and whimpered gently. Stroking her elf like ears she slowly ever so slowly continued along her way. Mei was rather absent minded and forgot things sometimes. Like how a person looked at times. Or what someone said.
Mei wiped her eyes with her wrist and stopped. What was that noise? Mei blinked a couple of tiems and her ear twitched as she looked over eyebrows knit together gently. It sounded like music...Well, no one would mind if she took a little detour right? Perhaps, she'd remember who she was supposed to meet!
Cotninuing along she made her way into a bar. Mei didn't look like she belonged there. She looked more like a little girl who wandered into an adult video store. Wide eyed she blinked a couple of times as she clutched onto her bag and her sandals pounded gently on the ground. Head hung she felt her pigtails fall over her shoulder and felt even more lost.
Brushing at a her hair she looked over at Kuro. The wolf girl blinked a couple more times when she threw food at the man on stage. It lookd like her pigtails were standing on end. "Eh..." she breathed. What was she doing there? That was when she looked up and saw him! Oh, it was whats his face! That guy that she was supposed to meet! What was his name again?

The Lady Siren watches and listens to the underlying melodic tone of the Musician, and smiles a bit at his crazy living hair. His music made her feel relaxed which is something she rarely ever felt. To some, this music might seem racketous, but that is only to those who hear the outward music and not the sound within it.
The young girl waves some money to the bartender signifying she wanted a drink. Then she turned and continued to watch the music flow from the unusual looking man.

Jackson walked over and sat down a bottle of peach flavored sake. Jackson wasn’t usually the type to fall for a girl head over heals just because she was pretty. Despite this Jackson felt a strange attraction to this woman and before he could control it he said
“You look to be enjoying your self girly-girl; this bottle is on the house.”
As he walked back behind the bar he thought to himself. What was I thinking what came over me be he soon dismissed the thought and resumed his jolly laughing self. If he had taken a second glance at the women he would have seen her crack a smile as he walked back toward the bar.

The lady pours herself some of the sake and drinks a bit. She then walks over to the bar and sets down a stack of money, the cost of the bottle. The Siren puts a small blue crystal ontop of the money that sparkled every so slightly in the light. She sits at the bar and waits for the bartender to come over while listening to the music.
the bartender comes over and sighs, "I told you it was on the house girly-girl. Why are you paying me for it?"
She pushes the money forward and the bartender takes only the crystal ontop of it. "Look-" he says somewhat playful, "-this is enough of a payment young lady."

"Hey!..." Mei cried out as she waved. Wide eyed she stood there with a small blink and slowly walked over to Z. Holding onto her bag, she reached into it and pulled out her invitation. She held it out to him and remembered him. Aha! That was his name, Z. She blinked and tilted her head over to the side.
"Cook?" was all that she asked. Cook? Oh, well she meant to say that she was his cook or something like that. But she wasn't quite sure how to say it. Because what if it wasn't the guy and he turned out to be some sort of creepy guy!
She stood there in an airhead like manor holding out a piece of paper.

You did not just do that... yeah ya did. it was that voice of reason again. Leave before a fight breaks out, you're good for that, betcha five beli at least one fight will break out 'cos of you during that festival. Just don't get too crazy and you'll be fine. She wouldn't help but laugh a bit while putting the rest of the plate's contents into a small sack she pulled from her bag and slipped a bottle of ale inside the bag itself.
Wasn't the festival tomorrow? Kuro was rather sure it was, it started tomorrow and ended two days later, which was enough time to do some pick pocketing and shop for supplies and other things.
She went to the bartender and gave him a quick thanks and was about to leave... until she noticed the odd looking guy in the corner with the glass of milk, wait milk? In a bar? The young woman went over and took a seat besides him, giving off a smile warm from the food and drink, "Aren't you a little too young to be hanging out in a place like this?"

"I-i-i.." kato stammered
"I had no place to go but i was guided to come over here.. and some old guy gave me free pass to this inn.. so i thought i should come here first.. to get something to eat and sleep.." he said
Kato got relaxed watching that beautiful woman.. he didint felt uneasy anymore

"Ah, you too?" She pulled the map and invitation from her pockets and set them down face up, along with the free inn coupons. "This isn't an inn, sad to say, when you're finished come with me... we can find a place together." This kid was nice, she liked him, she needed someone to talk to.
She held out a hand suddenly, "Almost forgot, name's Kuro."
