It was always the same. Day after day, week after week, year after year… no matter how much time trickled by, the island has always remained asleep. The sky has always been engulfed by dark storm clouds that danced menacingly in circles around the centre of the island, and yet even with the frequent bursts of lightning not a single roll of thunder could be heard. The sun has never broken through the clouds nor has a single drop of rain fallen from them. Not a sound can be heard by the waves crashing on the islands shore, the icy winds blowing through the island trees or the exotic animals that live on the island. The deafening silence, the dark never changing atmosphere, the inevitable cold storm that never seemed to come… it was almost as if the island was frozen in time in a state of misery… waiting for someone to awaken it from its seemingly never ending slumber.
Somewhere on the island two slender figures stood side by side in the blistering cold waiting patiently along with the island for that someone to appear.
‘What the hell are you thinkin? Playin with the lives of seven clueless mortals isn’t like you at all yah!’ Yelled the first figure.
‘I don’t know what you’re talking about…’ began the second innocently.
‘I’m talking about the seven clueless mortals you just dumped in the middle of the freakin –randline yah!’ Barked the first obviously annoyed.
‘Oohhh! Those seven clueless mortals… well it’s not like I forced them there. They all agreed to-’
‘ONLY because you promised them you’d -rant all their sad mortalish wishes yah? And how do you plan on doin that? Even you don’t have that kind of power and you know it yah.’
‘Oi! I didn’t promise to grant their wishes. I promised to help them grant their wi-’
‘My -od! Mortals really are the dumbest creatures on the planet. Not a sin-le soul has entered this island in over three thousand years, do you honestly think these seven random people stand a chance? They’ll be crushed before they reach a thousand miles of this place. As a matter of fact I’m sure you’ve seen the dan-er comin straight at them as we speak, they might not make it past today yah?’
‘Why do you always have to be so negative huh? They’ll be waking up really soon and I’m sure they’ll survive that minor threat! … at least I uh… hope they wi-’
‘Still this seriously isn’t like you… unless of course you have another a-enda yah?’
‘Hey will you please stop cutting me off in the middle of my senten-’
Meanwhile on a gigantic ship, Davy Mason woke up with a terrible headache. Sightlessly Davy touched the harsh skin of his face with his right arm, in fact, his only arm. His fingers suddenly came along a deeper area, and pain started to fill both his face and mind when touching it. He followed the scar all the way down, making it a straight vertical line through his face.
Immense pain filled Davy’s mind, making it impossible to think or open his eyes. In utterly bewilderment and blindness Davy searched for his Grosses Messer, “Silent Revenge” which was the only way Davy knew he would be safe at that moment. Searching along a floor, Davy’s instinct told him that this was some kind of wood-house or perhaps a ship, but he could not be sure before regaining his sight.
There it was. Cutting his finger on the sharp blade of “Silent Revenge”, Davy gained calmness and felt sure that he could protect himself.
“Yield this sword, and nothing evil shall occur you, son.” his father used to say, but he had not said anything about how hard it actually would be to yield it. After years of training with his right arm, he finally accomplished holding the huge knife looking blade, and after a few more, he mastered the art of fighting with a Grosses Messer. The hilt of “Silent Revenge” was decorated with pearls and the word: Revenge, whilst the blade itself was polished and could cut through the most. Davy’s immense powers gained from training made the blade and Davy a perfect combination.
Along with muscles, Davy had a fox-like face and curly brown hair making him rather funny. But behind the odd look, Davy mastered another knowledge which could by some be counted as useful. Navigation had been a part of his life since early days, when his father has spent hours explaining currents, complex calculations and maps. Davy mastered the skill perfectly, and was proud of it. It was this skill, which told him that they were out on the sea. A brisk wind swiftly blew through the ship, which told him he might actually be quite far out on the sea. The smell of sea started to fill his lungs, as his sight was starting to come back. As Davy opened his left eye, his dark sun-glasses were revealed to him, luckily not broken. Swiftly, he put them on, and raised himself up with his right arm.
“What have I gotten myself into now?” Davy muttered with a silent voice.
In all the confusion, Davy knew he should refrain from doing any kind of drastic action, and he decided to rather step back with a grin. “Guess it’s time for an adventure!” he exclaimed to himself, quite satisfied.

Irohk awoke, and he found himself on a huge ship. Lying beside the main mast, he wondered where he was. Then he realized that he had passed out on the beach. His sword and shield, along with his armor was still on his back, but he had no idea where he was. The last thing he remembered was having the marines almost putting him into rage.
"rage..." He whispered, "Never again..." He stood up and decided to scout around.
"Damn..this is a pretty big boat" He said aloud.
"But I wonder who took me here? Is this a marine ship? No, they would put me in a jail cell or something" he thought to himself.
"A pirate ship?" he thought as he looked up and saw an empty flag. "nope" He continued his venture and found that there were 2 sepereate cabins. Obviously one for men and one for women. Steadily he walked around the back of the back cabin, and found the back was quite large, with another sail. He walked around the other cabin, and found the front of the ship, with a front piece, of an angel.
"Odd..." He thought to himself. "I dont recall anyone having this kind of head piece" Then he turned around and decided to check out the cabins. The Male's cabin, had a washroom, and 5 cots. The female's cabin had the same. On the upstairs of the men's cabin was a kitchen, above the female's a meeting room. There was a trap door by the front so he decided to check it out. Under it was the captain's bedroom. Walking to the last part of teh ship he had not looked at yet, he found 5 bodies...just lying there.
ooc: I kinda described the ship there, except for under under the ship. I haven't checked there yet
Just a moment ago, Gillian had been sound asleep, snoring peacefully. This moment, however, Gillian was very much awake. He was flat on his back, staring up at the sky, which was a pristine blue. Wasn’t it night just a few seconds ago? Wondered Gillian. His hands instinctively went to his face. “No hair. I couldn’t have been kidnapped, as I would have stubble by now. So just what happened?” he thought. He ran his hands down the sides of his legs. “My uniform? What in the name of god Am I doing with it on?” He thought back to his last moments before sleep. “Hmm…. I was thinking about my date next week, the laundry that needed to be done...” And then It struck him. “This can’t be.” Gillian thought. “There’s no way… but from the way the sun is situated compared to what it should be in north blue… I’m either in west blue, or…" and then the chilling reality of his situation hit him. He reached for the captain’s compass that was always in his uniform. It was spinning madly in circles. “Could this possibly get any worse?” at this point, Gillian realized that it could indeed be worse. His sea legs were strong enough that he hadn’t noticed it until now, but the ground was rocking back and forth. He was on a boat. In the grand line. With nothing or nobody to help him. What a great start to what was sure to be an absolutely peachy day. He got up, and that’s when he saw the rest of the people on board. His jaw dropped. He hadn’t even considered the possibility of there being other people. Someone else was already up, surveying the surroundings. He appeared to have a great scar down his face, and he most definitely only had one arm. Gillian wondered aloud: “Could this situation POSSIBLY be any worse?” and indeed it could (again) For the ship was already a target.
Mirage was brought sharply into reality by Gillian's exclamation.
What the heck...? Where am I...? she wondered as she opened her eyes and saw the blue sky and the edge of a ship. This definitely isn't the desert... She pushed herself to her feet and looked around. Noticing a few other people, she instinctively and quietly scrambled back, retreating into the shadow cast by the mast. When she noticed that four of the five were sleeping, she moved forward slightly, looking around more closely. She faced Gillian. "Wh... where am I?" she timidly asked, not used to seeing other people or speaking.
Gillian didn't hear her, and Mirage immediately noticed movement behind him. She squinted against the bright sun and saw another person. She took a step back and nearly tripped over another person. She squeaked out of surprise and quickly retreated backwards until she was behind a wall.
Why am I here? Why are there other people? she asked herself. Unable to think of a logical answer, the previous night's dream returned to her. It... couldn't be... Mirage thought. But there's no other explanation... Mirage cautiously peered around the corner of the wall she had hid herself behind and found herself face-to-face with another person.
"Hello!" Said Irohk happy to see someone else up, "Im Irohk, and you are?"
Mirage, replied with a, "Hi...I..I'm Miarage"
"Good to meet you" Said Irohk, "So...do you have any idea into of what happened? and why we are on this boat?"
Mirage shook her head.
"Too bad then" Said Irohk. But then the boat started rocking back and forth, as both Irohk and Mirage both hit the deck.
"What is happenening!?" Said Irohk over the noise. He looked to the right and saw a pirate ship. "Pirates!?" Said Irohk.
"Yar-har! We are the Maroon Pirates!" Shouted the captain, obviously Captain Maroon, "We are boarding your ship!"
"What!?" Said Irohk.
"I said we are boarding you ship!" HE said as several pirates jumped onboard.
Irohk pulled out a paper from his pack, and opened it, "captain Maroon, 15,000,000 berri" Irohk whispered.
"ALRIGHT!" Said Irohk enthusiastically, "BRING IT ON!" He said as he unseathed his sword and took out his shield.
Studying the currents around him, Davy finally noticed the people aboard. With different expressions, they all seemed to be confused, which would only be natural if they were in the same situation as him. Could he trust them?
The soft breeze in the air, and the black skies in front of the huge ship could be an indication that a storm might develop. Together with the changing currents, the situation seemed disastrous. Davy had somehow ended up in a ship with strangers, and the memories from the day before were still hazy.
Apparently, there was a marine abroad, a young woman, and another person who had a sword and a shield. “What a strange mix….” Davy thought, and fastened his grip on the “Silent Revenge”.
Logic and thinking seemed to be of no use here, at least not before regaining some memories. The whole situation was absurd in fact, and the minute when it could not become worse, a pirate ship emerged from somewhere. “Yar-har! We are the Maroon Pirates. We are boarding your ship!” a yell exclaimed from the obvious pirate ship.
The person who Davy had noticed carrying a sword and a shield, seemed to accept the challenge with eagerness. Perhaps a foolish action, but without fighting, Davy was quite sure that their lives would be in danger.
Calmly, Davy made his way towards the girl and the warrior, trying to speak calmly: “Howdy! Seems we’ve run into a bit of trouble, won’t you say?” At that moment, Davy noticed the wanted poster “Captain Maroon, 15, 000, 000 berri”. Tears of sweat started to fall downwards through Davy’s torso, “15....we need to work together on this, folks.” Davy said with a soft voice while the Maroon Pirates jumped onboard.
Lifting up the “Silent Revenge”, Davy took a step forth and tried to hide the fact that he was terrified. “All those years of training…and this is the best I can do?” Davy thought.
Suddenly, one of the pirates jumped with amazing speed and attacked, clearly aiming for Davy’s neck. Moving too late, Davy lost his balance and his counter-strike could not be delivered with exact precision. He wasn’t sure if the vertical sword swing had hit the enemy pirate, but there was no time to think about it either. Another pirates emerged. This time though, Davy had enough of time to keep himself in balance and the swift swing from “Silent Revenge” seemed to cut through the pirate’s flesh.
Stepping back, Davy bowed to the young woman and the fighter saying: “Davy Mason at your service…now then…let's show them what we can do"
Awakened by a slight impact, Erik opened his eyes to find a young girl stepping over him.
'Where...?' thought Erik to himself, though he knew where he wasn't from the change in surroundings. 'Pretend you're still asleep and see what happens' he told himself. Erik watched with eyes slightly open, listening to the conversation between the young girl and the apparent swordsman.
"Pirates?!" The sudden exclamation from the swordsman brought Erik to full attention. Grimacing, he pulled himself to his knees, trying his best to look inconspicuous, and reaching behind his back for the security of his pistols....

Irohk, almost ignoring the man who just got up in front of him. adn the man who killed two pirates, charged into a small group of 5. Three Pirates tried to hit him at once, but his sword blocked two, and his shield blocked 1. He swung around and kicked the 4th member of the group, standing on his torso with one leg, he threw his shield at the fourth pirate making the pirate who was putting preassre on the shield fall down, He stpped on his back and quickly slashed teh two torso's of the other pirates. THen he slammed the hilt of his sword into the concious pirate under his foot. He then walked over to the other pirate and picked upthe shield, wich was lidged into his chest. Then captain maroon jumped down with his axe, blocking with his shield, Irohk felt Maroon slam his shield with his axe. But that wasn't all, the exe broke the shield, and damaged Irohk's left arm.
"GAH!" He shouted as his hand got halfway chopped off. "Bastard!" He said as he charged at him. But in mid charge he stopped.
"calm....down" He said but then he saw Captain Maroon's axe coming straight for him. JUSt in time he used his swrd to block it. But then his sword also broke.
"Yarr...I recognise you....Irohk...worth 10,000,000 berri!" said Maroon.
Then Irohk charged at Maroon and picked up a dead pirate's sword.
Maroon moved to dodge it.
"Too slow" Said Irohk as he slashed his body several times. Wincing at teh pain in his left arm.
"Captain moron" He said as he fell back. he lay on his back, thinking of the days, "Now...how did i get here?"
The ship rocked back and forth as the pirates jumped aboard and Graphit's head banged on the mast, waking him up.
Graphit Rubed the back of his and opened his eyes "Where am i?" he thoght to himself. But quickly he noticed there
were no time to think as tow groups of people were fighting. Graphit jumped to his feet and shouted "HAY, WHAT SIDE AM I ON?"
he was answered by a man with a what seemed to be a big knife who just cut one of the pirates "your on our side... i think" he said.
"Perfect" said Graphit and smirked.
He ran towards tow pirates who were charging at the group, he punched one of them piercing through flesh with his pencil tip and then he quickly spin and kicked the other but he lost his balance, fell backwards and slipped until he was behind the others and hit the
ships ledge. "WHY DOES THE GROUND KEEPS DOING THAT!"

Seeing that the now two swordsmen and a third, strangely-armed man, have the situation well in hand, Erik relaxes, sits down with his legs crossed, and runs his hand through his hair, sighing to himself.
"Well, at least I'm most likely still in the Grand Line..." Turning to the young, colorfully dressed woman, he smiles reassuringly. "Seeing as we all seem to be in the same boat here.... My name is Erik. And you might be...?"

Mirage looked with a slight smile at the attacking pirates. Finally, a fight... something I'm used to... she thought. She slowly and lightly snuck up behind a rather big pirate who was looking around for someone to attack. Unfortunately for him, he was found first. Mirage's foot crashed into the back of the man's skull and he stumbled to one side, but quicy recovered and swung around, bringing a large cutlass down at Mirage. Mirage jumped backwards, narrowly dodging the lethal blade, and quickly launched herself forwards again once the pirate's sword clanged into the deck. Expecting a kick, the man dropped his sword in an attempt to block Mirage's feet. To the man's surprise, Mirage didn't even attempt to kick him. She twisted herself around and latched her feet around the man's neck, swinging her body up and over his head. Bending backwards, she grabbed the pirate's ankles and folded her body, cracking the pirate's back. He roared in pain as Mirage released her hold on his neck and rolled into a standing position. Angered, the pirate picked up his sword and whipped around, his arm outstretched. The sword passed through Mirage and nothing seemed to happen. The pirate stood still for a moment, wondering why the attack had not affected the girl. A sharp blow to the back of his head snapped him out of his puzzlement, as the image he had attacked wavered and vanished. The man turned to find two feet smash into his face, throwing him backward. His sword flew out of his grip and over the edge of the ship, splashing into the blue waters of the Grand Line. The man tried to stand, but was again met with a flurry of quick but powerful kicks from the girl. His head thudded back onto the deck as a final kick collided with his chin. Mirage grinned and spun once, connecting her heel with the unconscious man's head, knocking him off the deck of the ship to follow his sword.
Meano watched the battle from the shadows enjoying the chaos before him. He was surprised at how well the 6 of the 7 chosen ones were putting up in battle against the Maroon Pirates. They were all still recovering from the night, vastly outnumbered and were going against a crew with a captain powerful enough to take out an army and yet he could swear that they were enjoying themselves. but probably only because they were too stupid to realise how much trouble they were in. Meano frowned as he thought back to what his master had told him about the danger approaching the ship, were the Maroon Pirates really what his master was talking about? ...
'Nooo, leave the potato were you found it.. ' Wispered Kat as she rolled over in her sleep. 'No, Noo... not... CHEEEESE!!!' She screached out loud as she bolted upright to face the battle at its climax. All the yelling, punching and ass whooping stopped immediately and she suddenly realised that she was surrounded by blood drenched armed men each at least three times her size and each staring at her as if they just realised that the skinny girl was on board, with eyes cold enough to freeze hell over. Dead silence... Enormous tension... Sharp killing intent... Kat got the impression that she had just interrupted something very important and that the large men were going to clobber her into a pulp for doing so... she just couldn't figure out what...
Her heart didnt skip a beet. It stopped beating all together.
'maybe if I stay still and dont move a muscle they wont notice im here...'
"Hello, little girl." Came a voice from behind Kat, causing her to jump five feet in the air. She turned to see a smiling, slightly taken aback young man dressed in plain, dark blue pants and shirt, wearing a tan, light overcoat slightly worn along the collar and the edges.
"Hello, little girl...." the man cleared his throat and then smiled again. "Do you happen to know where we are or how we came here?" There was little hope in his voice.
Gillian was most certainly surprised. The other people on the ship obviously had some skill in fighting, as they were, without his assistance, beating back a crew of grand line pirates. It even seemed like one of them had the felled the captain, which was a feat, to be sure. Gillian may not have understood the ship he was on, the people he was with, or how he had gotten there in the first place, but he DID understand a fight. He got to his feet, in the middle of the melee, and focused. He focused on that little spark of anger that resides in all men’s souls. He gave that spark kindling, and tended to it. He let that tiny spark grow; grow into a magnificent pyre of rage. The captain then let out an unearthly roar, and with muscles bulging, grew to a height of 8 feet. Most of the pirates not currently occupied with a fight turned to the captain. The first of the unfortunates charged the suddenly giant man. A single punch from Gillian’s mighty fist stove his face in. He threw a gigantic kick to the next man’s chest, and the sickening crack of shattered ribs was heard across the battlefield. He grabbed the next of the unlucky pirates, spun him around in the air by one foot, and then threw him and the remaining group. Dusting off his hands, he sat back to watch the fighting capabilities of the rest of the crew. Of course, it’s not like he had any choice. His rage had worn off, and it would be quite some time before he had the strength to go into a fight again. He was especially curious about the one armed man. He looked… capable with his gigantic knife-sword, Gillian couldn’t remember what those were called. In fact… in fact, all of the crew were fighting well against the remaining enemy forces. Gillian wondered exactly what he was doing on the grand line… but at least it seemed he was with a group of fighters.
The battle was starting to become immense, and there was no time to worry about anything at all. Thrusting his blade forward, Davy gained momentum for his next strike, which would hopefully strike the two annoying pirates in front of him.
Friends or foes, Davy just had to fight together with the few crewmembers who luckily enough seemed to master different battle-skills. Very handy, especially in situations like these. The captain of the pirate ship seemed to have fallen, apparently by the warrior who he had seen earlier.
While Davy gazed towards the dead captain, another unexpected event seemed to happen very close. One of the men on the ship seemed to have grown to approximately 7-8 feet. Unable to stay and think about it, he noticed that the now giant man handled a group of pirates himself. “Amazing…..” Davy thought to himself, before swinging “Silent Revenge” around in a circle making a small whirlwind which should hold the group in front of him back. “Whirling Revenge!” Davy yelled firmly, seeing the pirates disappear from his sight.
Taking another gaze towards the gigantic feature of a man, Davy noticed he sat back. Perhaps a side effect of the amazing skill? Davy could not be sure, and had no idea what the skill itself could be. “Useful though, “he muttered, as he sent a vertical slice into the left side of him, where a pirate jumped forth.”
A swift turn was necessary to hold his balance. While turning, Davy glimpsed something in the nearby shadow. What was it? A dog-like creature perhaps? It seemed to be small, but more details were hard to catch on the instant moment.
Davy was disturbed by it, and while swinging another slash, he decided to check it out.
“That can’t be anything good, I’m sure…”
Irohk lay there panting, and sweating. But he was definetaly still hurtin. His half cut off sword still on his his forearm, his half cut wrist, still dangling on his his hand. He tried to moving it to get up. But instead he yelped in pain and rolled to his side.
"Damnit!" He said, "This had better not be the end of my left hand!" He took his shit off carefully, and tied it around the large wound. He picked up the pirate's sword and moved towards a cabin, but was intercepted by a large man. He suddenly grew 8 feet.
"What the.." Stuttered Irohk, but before he could even react, another man kicked him off of the ship and went to sit down.
"What ever" Said irohk as he walked over into the cabin. He washed off his wond, and found some medications under the sink. He poured some alchohal on it, and tied it with medical bandages.
"Hopefully some random doctor found its way onto this ship" he said as he walked to wards the bedrooms and thumped down into a cot, not able to sleep due to the clashing out side.
Since her 'Act-like-a-statue-and-pray-no-one-notices-you' plan was obviously not working Kat decided to go for plan B. The 'Run-away-screaming-like-a-little-chicken' plan. She shot up ran as far away as possible from the smiling blue eyed man that had just tried to talk to her. 'what did he mean how WE got here? Who was he calling a LITTLE girl?! ... probably some sick ass pervert or somethi-' She stopped dead in her tracks suddenly realising the 'Run-away-screaming-like-a-little-chicken' plan wasn't going to work because, well, there was no were to run!! 'What the hell?' She gasped as she realised for the first time that she was on a ship. She spun around just in time to see a marine captain suddenly double in size and smash a few pirates. 'What the hell?! She gasped again staring in aww at the monster before her. Ok now she was reeaallly scared. There had to be someone normal on this ship! She scanned the area only to find that the only ones that weren't unconscious, dead, or evil pirate looking were the monster marine, perverted smiling man, a shoeless women, a one armed guy, A guy with a broken sword and a talking pencil thing... 'WHAT THE HELL!!!???'
Thats when she noticed the three crazed pirates coming straight at her. They didnt look particularly strong but Kat knew that she didn't stand a chance. 'Oh crap, oh crap, OH CRAP!' She didnt want to use it unless she absolutely had to but if she was to survive the moment she would have to use her ultimate plan. Cursing under her breath she raised her right palm and then began murmuring under her breath. The pirates stopped dead in their tracks and watched cautiously as a silver sphere of light emerged and sparkled from her palm. As Kats voice got louder the sphere grew until it finally became the size of basketball. The suddenly she yelled:'Oh spirit of lighting, I summon you from your slumber! Come forth and obey!!'
The silver sphere shot out of her palm and straight at the three pirates like a bullet, went right past them and collided with the Maroon Pirates ship.
...Then nothing happened...
'Hehehe... Oh shit!' Squeaked Kat red with embarrassment. In truth she didnt really expect the spell to work anyway because she had made the spell up on the spot... and of course theres the fact that she sucks at attack magic...
'Well I guess if the ultimate plan wont work, I'll just just have to got back to plan B...'
'What the-' Began one of the three pirates as he watched his pray suddenly start screaming and run off in a random direction, flapping her arms around like a psychotic chicken.
'Hehehe...' Snorted the other pirate. '...She almost fooled us with that spell of hers too huh, I really thought something was going to-'
But he was cut off as the sky above the pirates ship seemed to split in two and enormous bolt of silver lightning blast the ship into thousands of pieces.
That light...? Magic...? thought Erik, as his smile changed to something a tad more curious and calculating than before. I'll have to watch her closely.... But for now, there are those three to deal with.
Reaching behind his back, Erik drew his two pistols and fired at the stunned pirates, striking one dead center in the chest while the other bullet tore through the right shoulder of another, causing him to drop his sword in pain. The third snarled, gripped his sword tighter, and advanced.
"Yarr! Those be single shots, if I not be mistaken."
"So if you'll just let me reload...." Erik smiled rather cheerfully for his situation and began to reload (rather quickly, as one would expect). The pirate lowered his sword and charged.
(anyone else can jump in if they feel like helping; and, sorry, but I couldn't resist the pirate's dialouge ^.^)

Damn! i can't let everyone fight while i'm not doing anything! Graphit thought and stood up. then he saw one of the fighters
grew 8 feet tall, beat up some pirates and shrink back. then he noticed something bright pass quickly across to the other ship and
lightning struck it. before he could react the ship rocked because of the explosion and Graphit was thrown off the ships. he managed to grab on to the ships ledge. He looked down and surprised to see water. Graphit never saw the ocean before, and the sight of the
endless water stunned him. "WHAT THE HELL IS THE PLACE" he shouted and pulled himself up. "I'V HAD IT" he shouted and began to
run towards a group of three pirates who noticed him and were now charging at him. He jumped over then and quickly turned around
and kicked one of the pirates through the stumech then he swiftly turned and kneed the secound. the third tried to cut Graphit with his sword but Graphit easily dodged backwards and killed him with a punch.
A sudden flash of light blinded Davy’s eyes for a moment. A huge “crack” sound was followed by the characteristic sound of something hitting the water. Davy opened his eyes. “Holy….” Davy said while gasping for air. The pirate ship was entirely destroyed by something that seemed like a bolt of lightning. Seems that most of the remaining pirates were either in the ocean or dead, and thus the outcome of this battle had been decided by…luck?
Only a few pirates seemed to remain, and the gunman had already immobilized two of them.
Davy’s range of sight wasn’t impressive at the moment, probably because of the lightning, and he smoothly stepped towards the one remaining pirates.
“Last one, eh?” Davy thought with a slight grin in his mouth and started to swing “Silent Revenge”. Before the strike, Davy made a circle in the air and jumped forth aiming for the torso of the last pirate. It seemed like the pirate was aiming for the gunman.
Apparently, he wasn’t the only one who had attacked the remaining pirate…

Several streaks of lightning came down from the sky and blasted the pirate’s ship into splinters. Gillian Gaped in amazement and jumped out from where he had been observing the battle. Aside from the girl that he could have sworn used magic, there was what appeared to be a decent gunman, a capable sword and shield fighter, another girl who seemed to dazzle her opponents, and a man who was… stabbing people with giant pencils attached to his arms, not to mention the one armed fighter Gillian had noticed earlier. It appeared that there was only one pirate left, and more than one person was going in for the kill. Gillian slunk back to where he had been watching the battle from previously. He figured that he wouldn’t get involved until he could figure the situation out. With a sickening crunch, the pirate was felled by a flurry of blows, cuts, and jabs from the from the combatants. After the fight was over, Gillian stepped out again, and walked over to the pirate’s mangled body. Standing as tall and proud and striking what he believed was a cool pose, he said to the bleeding pirate “You are under arrest, by my authority as marine captain Gillian Graham. Any questions?”
Kat stared at the remains of the pirate ship in awww... As she was busy running away at the instant that the ship exploded she didnt get the chance to see which one of last 5 strangers left alive had destroyed it. She glanced at the six that now surrounded the body of the pirate that was after her.
'Marine Captain eh?' Said the bleeding Irohk who finally gave up on the idea of a nap and decided to go back on deck. 'I guess you guys are still after me after all... '
'After you?' Asked Gillian raising and eyebrow.
'That bandage was done horribly.' Interrupted Erik pointing at the bandage on Irohks left had.'What did you do? Throw some alcohol on it and tie it on yourself?'
'Well... errmm... of course not!' replied Irohk looking worriedly at his wound. 'What's it to you anyway?'
Kat ignored the three men and turned her attention to the over sized pencil before her.
'What the hell are you looking at?' Barked Graphite at Kat.
'Holy crap you CAN talk!!!!' Squeaked Kat. She turned around and looked wildly at the rest of the crew. 'AM I THE ONLY ONE HERE WHO THINKS THE TALKING PENCIL IS WEIRD?!'
'...Yup...' Said the rest of the crew simultaneously.
'Besides, I dont think a person who can do that- (bends his head in the direction of the ship) has the right to call anyone else weird.' Said Davy as he swung the “Silent Revenge” in his right hand.
'Wha... you mean I... you mean the spell...' Stuttered Kat glancing back at the ruined ship. '...I DID THAT!'
'Who destroys a ship without realising it?' Said Gillian looking suspiciously at Kat.
'OH YAH! I ROCK!!' Screeched Kat as she started doing a little victory dance that was remarkably similar to her chicken run. 'Finally made a powerful spell that works! Finally created a... uh oh... damn! What was the enchantment? What were the words? Something about lightning spirit or... DAMMIT I NEED TO WRITE IT DOWN BEFORE I FORGET!!'
'Well don't look at me... I dont have a pen...' Started Davy, but then they all turned around and looked at Graphite.
'What the... you cant seriously be think of using me to-!?' Exclaimed Graphite.
'Well the girl does need a pen...' Commented Irohk.
'OH HELL NO!!!!' Barked Graphite.
'Hey, will you guys shut up for one second!' The crew turned around to look at the brightly dressed woman who hadn't said a word until then. 'I found someone who has something important to tell us.' Said Mirage pointing at an unbelievable fat chihuahua beside her...

The crew looked at the barefoot girl strangely, before looking at the chihuahua even more strangely. The short, fat dog mirrored their look as it spoke.
"What!? Ah ain't that strange, laddies!" The chihuahua glanced at Mirage and Kat. "And lasses," he quickly added. "Many a stranger thing be in the Grand Line, ye know."
The crew laughed slightly at the dog's accent. "Who are you?" Gillian eyed the chihuahua suspiciously.
"Ah be a dog, me laddie!" This statement brought more laughter from the crew. "Fahn, ah ain't just a dog. But ah ain't that interest'n. Ye all had a dream a'fore ye came here, raht?" At this the crew stopped laughing and slowly nodded. "And ah'm guess'n ye all have a dream ye be a'chas'n, am ah raht?" The crew nodded again, more slowly. The dog mumbled something that the crew didn't catch and plopped, or more rolled, onto its side. "Ah'm tahrd, ah'm a'goin' t' sleep now," the dog said and closed its eyes.
"What... the hell?" asked Kat. She looked around at the rest of the crew, who were also looking around, each somewhat suspicious of the others. Mirage slowly retreated a few steps, trying to get out of sight.
Erik closed his eyes for a few seconds to let the ... dog's words sink in. Adjusting his glasses, he opened his eyes, giving the corpulent beast on the ground a sideway glance.
"Whether that ... dog speaks the truth or not, it looks like the seven of us are crewmates for the time being." Tucking his pistols behind his belt, he sat down cross-legged, back against the rail of the ship, and looked up at the group, smiling reassuringly. "My name is Erik Kleist, scholar and physician, and I'm pleased to make your acquaintance."
