Well 22 hrs an I got two save files (one where I'm single an one where I hooked up with Kaidan) at lvl 55 with all missions/quests complete. Now to take them to Mass Effect 2. lol
I have 7 playthroughs complete so far an I'll have at least 9 by the time ME3 hits. No fucking idea which I'll end up going with.
Sonic Generations Chemical Plant Zone and City Escape as Classic and Modern I want! I want so Hard!

I played the SP demo and hated it. I loved the original Driver and Driver 2 was okayish. I really didn't enjoy this one though. The car switching mechanic is just so stupid at least for single player. I never really got a feel for the cars/physics either. I could maybe see how it'd be fun in MP if you can mess with people by making oncoming traffic move in front of them etc but the SP really put me off the whole idea.

I finally finished my rerun of ME2 with all the DLC. Project Firewalker and Overlord were kind of mweh. Vehicle platforming was an odd mechanic to add. Lair of the Shadow Broker was probably the best. Arrival was nice since it sets up the start of ME3. If I'm honest though none of the DLC is as good as any of the main campaign missions. I think the fact there is a lot less voice acting is super noticeable and off-putting.
I kind of wonder if the DLC completion will carry across to ME3. The stuff in Arrival has to happen regardless of whether someone has played it. Is that the same for Lair of the Shadow Broker too then?

Seen it a little while ago. Was freakin great. Really looking forward to it.
Stuff I'm looking forward to:
Gears of War 3 is almost here! - love this series, can't wait for more.
Battlefield 3 Caspian Border - just wow. Amazing.

First thing's first! Wolf finish Mass Effect 2. You have like 1 Achievement left.

Here's how I'd like it to work out. It won't tho.
Mass Effect 1:
Bring down the Sky: If you let Balak go he comes after you or testifies against you at trial.
Pinnacle Station: The apartment you earn should be in the game. If you have a main LI through all 3 games maybe is shows you and your family staying there.
Mass Effect 2:
The Price of Revenge: If you let Vido live the Blue Suns are out for revenge on your team an show up in random missions. If you kill him any mission with the Suns they should be weaker an fewer.
Stolen Memory: Greybox bites you in the ass if you let Kasumi keep it.
Overlord: Most likely nothing.
Lair of the Shadow Broker: DUH
Arrival: DUH
And let me keep all my weapons am armor!

I know, I know. I plan to playthrough the game once more nearer ME3s release with my bad fem Shepard and she will get the achievement (Paramour is the one I'm missing). Good male
Shepard is staying loyal to Ashley.

If you're loyal you get it as well. You stare at their picture instead of someone coming into you cabin to sex you an what not.

Yeah I've had the stare at picture scene but that doesn't give the achievo. You need to have sexy time with one of the new love interests to get Paramour.

Mentioned this in the PS3 Thread, but didn't get a response, but what do you guys think about the Arrival DLC for Mass Effect 2? Is it worth it?
As a point of reference, I was impressed with the Shadow Broker (awesome how it changes the dynamic of the story and the little tidbits you learn about your team afterwards) and Kasumi's DLC (interesting mission), but didn't care much for the Overlord DLC (just felt redundant).
Offline
I think I'd probably say yes if you're a fan of the series. I got mine during a sale though and I'd feel maybe a little bit ripped off if I paid the full price.
In terms of gameplay there isn't really anything new. You get a semi-stealth section at the start but it is super basic. It really is mainly just fighting lots and lots and lots of dudes. It began to drag on for me. Plus Shepard is by himself for most of it so it takes even longer. This DLC I really got annoyed at the lack of voice acting too. No teammates speak and nor does Joker.
If you're buying it, it's because you want more of the story and want see what happens between ME2 & ME3. The story and setup for ME3 are pretty good. I'd say thats what your decision hinges on.
Edit: Age of Empires Online just came out. I was in the beta and actually thought it was pretty good. Reminded me of the good ole days with AoE2 although a little more casual and cartoony. You can still build walls which is the most important thing of course. Will need to download the full version and get me some free achievements. Might even throw down some moolah if I get into it a lot.

Hmm I never hooked any of my Femshep up with any of the ME2 LI an I have it so idfk.
As for arrival it's there to set you up for the start of ME3 I'd rank it 4th behind Shadow Broker, Stolen Memory (this DLC gets you the best weapon in the game imo. I miss it when I play Solider.), and Overlord. It was better than The Price of Revenge but that was free so what can you do. You can totally live without it.

Every year about this time I tend to make a list of games I'm interested in that come out in the next three/four months. This year that list had 22 games on it!
Seriously when the hell did so many games start getting pumped out. My wallet can't take it, never mind my free time.
So far I'm managed to narrow my list down to 5/6 games that I really want to have day 1. Gears of War 3, Batman Arkham City, Battlefield 3, Skyrim, AC: Revelations and Guild Wars 2 (if it comes out). I've already had to purposely avoid picking up Deus Ex. ![]()
What are you guys looking forward to?

Skyrim...
Hehe, have to sorta not focus on anything ells atm:P I know thats gonna take up way to much of my time, and I still haven't found a job after moving:P
Stupidly bought Bordarlands for 30 Pounds (thats cheap in norway:P) but got noone to play with and moved away from home (where I stayed over the summer) and our 42 led HD to a measly 27 inch so I have to sit right in front of it, and it all gets quite... straining.. Was looing forward to playing that game to death with a friend or two on a big screen:S

Gears of War 3, Forza Motorsport 4, Rage, Battlefield 3, Sonic Generations, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Saints Row: The Third.
...and Deus Ex was awesome!

Just read about it. Not played a Dynasty Warriors type game since Samurai Warriors. The series was getting a bit stale although I've heard the newest Dynasty Warriors was actually okayish. Hopefully the addition of One Piece will make this awesome. And that it will also get a Western & Xbox release.
I'm already close to failing at sticking to my list. The urge to throw down a pre-order for Dead Island is growing. At this point my decision to buy it pretty much hinges on what Giant Bomb say if/when they do a Quick Look. Even though I've seen a lot of footage it's difficult to decide if the game will actually be any good.

I know the feeling. I'm debating on whether or not I should go pick this up now; or if I should just wait the 2 weeks for Gears.
Wolf IDK if your 360 can play games from Poland's region but if it can import this:

Wow that is freakin sweet. I had a look though and it seems like the site selling them has sold out. There are a couple listed on eBay but £100 is wayyy too much with every thing else I'm gonna be buying. I think it might be one I pick up on the PC anyway.
I just pre-ordered the GoW3 Collectors Edition, the one without the statue sadly. The new trailer is really good and has the same slightly depressing tone as the others.

Metro: Last light looks fantastic!
Only played the opening 30 min of the first game though, but wondering if anyone knows wether I can jump straigt to the sequal or if I better play 2033 first?
Check out the gameplay trailer at giant bomb, it looks super slick^^

I would say finish 2033. You have nearly a year to wait after all.
The story will continue on from 2033 and you play as the same character. Overall 2033 is a really great game. The AI can be a bit stupid and the stealth sections don't always work as well as I'd have liked. It has a great story and a really superb atmosphere though. Graphically it's nice although texture work might be a bit dated now. Last Light doesn't look that different to 2033 from what I have seen so far. Just prettier and a bit smoother.
