it is supposed to be a game between two extremely talented players, so the moves would be limited. i know it might seem like that would make the game take longer, but i have seen grand masters end games in ties in like 5 moves, it is totally insane.

its cool, don't even worry about it. i just didn't think it was practical for them to sit around thinking about their moves in the middle of a battle, and i really didn't want to describe a chess game as part of the RP.

Like john, I'm gonna wait for Tsubaki or Battle Royal's post...yeah.

And about destroying the Machine Could it be that only Quetzal can destroy it...or that after they bang it up a bit it goes into self destruct and only Quetzal can disarm it...I'd just like a way for him to be further cemented in the crew. The self destruction part probably works a little better because We'd be able to finish the John and Quetzal vs. Martinet fights...but we'll see how things go. I'd just like you to consider it.

just edited my character stats to include some of vincent's sword play techniques that i either just made up, or just researched in better detail. this is a reference because i will eventually get to lazy to describe his moves EVERY fight if i have already used them at least once before. i will continue to update the list if any more moves are developed.

NOTE: vincent cannot use all of these moves yet, but i thought that i would list them, mostly because i am made of freetime at the moment.

Pics...? what's going on...did I miss something? (well, at least this rp ain't dead yet!)

Again, I'm just posting here to apologize for the huge wait guys...umm oh and I assume this story arc is coming to an end, we have any Ideas for the next one?

Well in One Piece a lot of the story arcs are centered around a characters past for example Arlong Arc and Enies Lobby Arc. I was thinking some time when we get into the Grand Line Quetzal's past can come back to haunt him. They come to the Island where Quetzal was expiremented on, and find out it's now run bby mad scientist, Quetzal gets kidnapped, meets up with his sisters(DUN DUN DUN), and the crew can fight mutant animals or Scientist with weird Devil Fruits...I wouldn't want this stuff to happen for a while though, maybe two or three arcs in the future...tell me what you think.

well, o yea, but just that's just an idea for one way down the road

i like the character past arc idea. mine could be in the next arc after the candor arc or somewhere abouts there. i would also like to be in the grand line before we start that though.

ok so im assuming we all decided to do our little past arcs cept for annie and tsubaki who are probably just real busy, like the rest of us since schools started

and sry i keep popping up and out, just like everyone else i really really busy. so...ya...and sry if i seemed impatient with continuin the story i just dont want it to die again...

I like that idea, does everyone else?

Also, the separate arc that leads into a past arc could be mine, since mine would have to be kinda separate like that... (bottom of the sea and whatnot)...
