okay why three dots after every sentence and why a capital letter for each word?

However this find RP would require some elaboration. Are we all to play one character or an entire pirate crew? Will the players be on one crew or do we go against each other? Before we can choose our allies or even make our characters this should be explained. (or maybe we are allowed to create our own adventures as well as non one piece rp's)

Walking down a street of a small costal town is a man.  Nothing about this man makes him appear special.  He is about 6 feet tall with loose blue pants, a samll white waistband, a tight black tank top, a white headband with about a foot of extra cloth hanging behind his head, and a dufflebag over his right shoulder.  As he approaches the bar he approaches the bar he briefly glances over to the bounty on the wall.  The name Straw Hat Luffy was all he read before entering the bar.  As he entered he noticed a few people briefly glanced in his direction.  He knew that they did not know who he was or where he came from and after he left they would know just as much as they did now.  "Someday" he sighed.  With that he went over to an empty corner booth and sat down.  Most of the people in the bar looked like locals, but there were a few bandits and pirates among them.  He could tell from the atire they wore, the equipment they carried, and the weapons they had.  He then let out another sigh and relaxed.  "Another boring day." he murmured.

(my nakama is ready to go.  I'm a rp newb by the way so any constructive tips would be helpful.)
