what about whitebeard calling shanks "kid"

well i thought that whitebeard being superior to shanks was quite important considering everyone thought they were equal

It should be around chapter 399 right now, I think.

And yeah, the tracker has been down recently.

Well, that's what happens when people speculate and analyze too much. He just called him "kid"  'cause Shanks is younger.

so about how many weeks does it take to get a new chapter of One Piece?

I think they do two weeks straight then miss a week then continue. Considering each chapter runs in Shonen Jump it has to compete with Naruto and other manga titles, which means they gotta share space each week.

mangahelpers.com usually has scanlations on friday or saturday. LQ scanlations just suck, so wait for MQ or HQ. Do you wonder why Ace's last name is different from the rest of his family?

go read it yourself... its better that way...

i finished episode 283 last friday and started reading the manga yesterday and finished it after some 3 hours... and believe me its a wow

so what the basic storyline after enies lobby they're probably haunted by every marine in the world

the thing that bothers me that in the new intro franky doesn't appear at all unlike the previous one(brand new world)
you think that it has a meaning or not(same goes for going merry that ends her life)

Well I highly doubt the intro to the anime dictates what happens in the manga there still is an equal arguement for Franky joining and not joining , so we all really have to stop speculating and just wait to find out...

While that's most likely true, the series NEEDS analyzing. Such as Garp being Luffy's grandfather, no one saw that coming. We need deep speculation to actually be right some of the time.
