Viper looked back at person he had just met, Mitsurugi the Weapons Master.
Friend? Is it possible for me to have friends? A Nakama? Viper thought to himself, looking away and starting off into town again. He tried to push the thought into the back of his head as he walked around.

Well, if I want to become a pirate, I need to first make a name for myself and find a Captain who will to take me in. I suppose my Zoan power could help with repairing a ship. Yeah, I could do that. Now how to make myself known................ Viper thought to himself, looking around for something to catch his eye.

Three men then came up to Viper and stopped him in his tracks. One was severely injured and the two others had swords. "That's him, the freaky snake guy!" The injured man yelled. Viper recognized him as the drunk man he had thrown earlier. "Well, if it ain't the guy who messed with our friend. Now time to mess with you." One of them said, closing in on Viper. "Get away from me.........." Viper hissed, as he started to grow fangs and scales. A large tail then grew from his back, now in his hybrid form and ready to fight. He cocked back his head, then spit venom from his mouth at the feet of the two men. Their boots slowly started to get eaten away by it, but they soon jumped over it and continued to head for Viper.

This should be somewhat fun. He thought, almost glad he was in a fight. He'd been longing to use his powers for a long time, and now was his chance. Only problem was that he was making a scene, but he honestly didn't care at the moment.

On the roof of “Mitsurugi Hitsue” was a strange looking mountain lion. Atop the mountain lion was a girl. Circling around the 2 was a jaguar as strange as the mountain lion. “What a strange man,” she said to her pets. “What do you think?  He’s not as cute as I wanted, but he does look like someone who can get me off this place. Tier, follow him on the roof tops. Strie you follow us, but look out for people following Mommy. Okay? Good boys lets go,” they did as she said. Tier jumped from roof top following the snake man viper while the girl was on his back. Strie followed keeping an eye out for people. I hope his crew is recruiting, but who wouldn’t want a cutey like me on there ship? They can’t resist me! “I’m beautiful!” she yelled drawing everyone’s attention on the street below. Crap! I have to stop ending my thoughts out loud. How should I loose there attention? I could kill them. It would be good practice, but that would ruin my clothes. “Tier, run away, Strie, follow!” she screamed. Crap! Now I lost him and he probably will be on the look out for a cute girl.
    She was deep into the city now where there was hardly any body around. All drunks who would think they were seeing things. She had lost the snake man she had been following and alerted him to her presence.
    “Strie, Tier, full axe form!” the two strange cats turned into regular looking battle axes on the ground. They were anything but regular. She picked them up and put them on her belt. She then picked a mask up from the garbage and put it on. There was a drunk coming her way. “Neko Neko spring!” she shouted as she drew out her axes. The axes turned into the beasts, this time only the blades though. They clawed at the bum for a few seconds and he fell to the ground. They immediately returned to axe form. She stripped him of his clothes and put them on over hers. She no longer was recognizable to the snake man. She looked like a guy, that she was not happy about. She started walking back to “Mitsurugi Hitsue”. She muttered to herself about having to walk. I’m a lady. If my pets can’t carry me then it’s a mans duty to do it. Forgetting she looked like a guy she began flirting with a man. He was freaked out and just yelled at her. “That’s no way to treaty a cute,” she remembered she was supposed to be a man, “ummm, an acutely sensed man like me!” she started talking in a deep sketchy voice “I was just jokin’. Ummm, keep it real… bro!” I almost blew my cover in like 2 minutes time.

Andrew walking on the ground below a weapons shop looked up and saw figure. He ran to the side of the building and started to climb up. She then randomly out bursted with a comment on her beauty. And jumped off
"Not that much of a BEAUTY to me" He continued to follow her. There were some battle axes on the ground.
"I wonder if i could" She piked up the axes and went away again. "Absorb those axes...well no point in trying now" He jumped down into the street again, and walked off. The 'Snake-man' walked by him, shrugging off the cold feeling, he continued. He looked up to the roof-tops and spotted the girl again, accompanied by a man. He was pretty close, and saw a wierd look on the woman's face. A handle popped out of his shoulder, and pulled out a pistol. He shot at the man.

The shot was fired, and hearing the wind pass the bullet Joker knew the destination. Joker turned slightly, the bullet clanging against his the armor on his arm. Who the hell just shot me? Joker looked around, and saw two people standing near each other, with two more on the ground. Joker smiled beneath his mask as he saw the two, sure of their skills, and he just turned back, deciding now was not the time and place.

Joker looked at the girl again and with a hidden smile said, "Oi, was it a secret, didn't want people to know that the hobo was just a "cute" girl." Joker laughed again, keeping an eye on the shooter. Never one to be predictible, Joker walked around the girl, and then with a sigh put his hands behind his head. "Your clothes hide your curves... not fair." He said, looking a bit to the side.

Hibiki Minoroku walked slowly down the street toward the docks. In one hand was his lunch consisting of a plump round pear.  In his other hand he was holding a brand new book on weaponry and their usage on warships.  He bought it from a shop a block behind him.  His eyes flitted over the text, absorbing every last character into his memory.

He closed the book with a snap.  Having bought it no more than five minutes ago he discarded it into the closest trashbin.  'I wish they would last a little longer.' He thought to himself. If I get enough beli I might be able to get more than just one every now and then.  He finished off the pear and tossed the core with the book.

He continued onto the docks taking his time, but moving deliberatly.  His usual blank stare was adorned upon his face.  A pleasant cool breeze blew up from the sea up ahead, smelling of salt and fish.  Hibiki clutched the crystal around his neck as he walked, 'This town failed to have any information of use.  Not like I expected it to.  With the source of the crystal in the Grand Line, I doubt anyone outside the region would know of anything.  I'll just have to sail to the next island then toward the... line...'

"oh...how unfortunate..."  With apathy he reached the docks only to find his little ship missing.  'Stolen no doubt.  This is annoying, how to get to the next island, I can't waste any time.'  He turned around and headed back up the street, this time with a little more haste in his feet.  He looked for anything, if he had emotion he would appear desparate, but Hibiki remained calm and composed.

He had to find someone with a ship and get of this useless rock of an island.  He watched and listened in onto people's conversations, listening for anyone leaving the island soon. His search was coming up with nothing, and he was losing his patience.

This was when he was passed on both sides by two large animals with riders going the opposite direction. 'What the...?  Now that is not a common sight.  They were running from something, if they are ciminals or pirates, perhaps they will leave soon.  This could be my ticket off this god-forsaken island.'  He walked slowly behind them, going only as fast as he needed to to keep them in his line of sight.

Stry and Tier were running at full speed. They had just past the docks and seen someone following them. Unfortunately they couldn’t talk so this information was useless. The man would follow without detection. They neared where they had last seen the snake man. He was nowhere to be seen.
    Figures, a freak like him couldn’t stay in one spot for more then a few minutes without being attacked. Just then she felt the ground under her break off. She and Stry fell to the ground while Tier and his passenger kept on going. “Full Axe!” She yelled. Stry turned into an axe and she smashed him right into the wall. She was suspended in midair. She felt the axe starting to come loose. There was a window to her right. She jumped through it.
    She landed in a store.
    “That’ll be Fi’ hun’red Beli, Fi’ hun’red Beli,” The little old man starting yelling to her.
    “Please sir,” she said in her cutest voice, “you couldn’t take money from cute little me,”
    “Yes I cooould, Dat’ll be fi’ hun’red beli,” replied the old man.
    The girl nocked him into the wall with her axe, trying to kill him and ran away. She sprinted down the stairs and out into the streets. “Full Beast!” she yelled. Stry turned into his beast form. She climbed on and he leaped onto the nearest roof and chased after Tier.
    Out of the window she had just broken the old man yelled to the marines that she tried to kill him. The marines were now chasing her on the streets below her. There were shots going all around her but none of them hit there mark.
    She jumped back onto the street and said “Axe Form!” Stry became an axe. She then yelled “Neko Neko Spring!” the same effect as last time she yelled those words happened to all 12 marines. She was back at the store and could see the snake man. It was time for introductions. Her only problem was where Joker and Tier were. “Hey there Snake Man, what’s your name? Oh how rude of me I know since our last encounter you’ve been wondering who that cute girl following you was.”
    Never even saw her, but even now I’m not wondering her name. She’s not even that cute. “Uhhh… yeah, I sure was…,” Snake Man replied.
    “How sweet, my name is…” She yelled sweetly.
    “There she is! Get her!” yelled a marine. A mob of about 50 of them started running after her. She couldn’t fight them off without both pets.
    “Full Beast!” she yelled Before mounting and running away.
    Full Beast? What an odd name. maybe it’s her nickname given to her by the marines. viper thought to himself.
    “Oneeya!” was all that viper could here as the girl rode away. He thought it was her battle call.

Joker turned mid-air as the beast turned into an axe. Joker landed with his feet against the wall and for a moment was able to stay there, the momentum being enough to keep him in place. The old man started to turn his attenchin to Joker, but before the man could say something, Joker's claw was through the man's neck. Joker decided to take a few of the old man's items, each of them random but most likely useful.

Joker soon walked out of the story, the items in a small pack that he himself found. Joker watched as a large group of marines ran down the road, and Joker figured that that's where he would find the axe/beast girl. Joker once more took to the rooftops, and was soon running faster than the marines, getting ahead of them and soon coming close to the group.

"Next time, don't leave we in some random shop!" Joker yelled at the girl, his own speed equal to the beasts.

"YES! Ive been itching for a fight all day" said Jax as he saw a big group of marines chasing 2 strangers. I hope those 2 people dont mind me killing some of those marines thought Jax as he moved closer and closer to the marines. Soon after the marines past the people they were chaseing, Jax ripped out his sword and started hacking away at the marines Spraying marine blood across the near by buildings and on the street. After Jax had his fun he had a brilliant idea "If all those marines were chasing those 2 people maybe if i join up with them i can kill more and find bigger bader people to kill thats it were did they go im joining them"

Meanwhile not so far from all the commotion…” Hmm after watching over these new, strange people I feel a lot of stress however watching each and everyone one of them interact with others I can see that they are not the most evil nor bad in anyway. This is different, especially for a bunch of outlaws.” Mitsurugi thought to himself.
He was loading his store compartments onto his small ship along with cases of modified weapons. “Hmm strange how no one on this island bought any of my things yet this island is full of violence!?” Mits said to himself as his voice sharpened.
“And now I’m probably gonna’ have to be involved with even more violence when that ‘Viper’ returns to ask about the burn I left on his palm. I wonder if he could feel it when I shook his hand? He didn’t seem to react at all…..” Mits continued to question himself further as he loaded his final belongings onto the ship.
“FINISHED!” He bellowed as he clapped the dust from his hands.
“I suppose I had better go and wait where I set up my stool earlier for the snake-man.” He said as he sighed.

As he approached his destination he pulled out his flask of ale and took a goliath mouthful before sitting crossed legged on the dirt of the street. “I’m sure he shall be here soon. Hopefully he won’t bring those annoying nuisances along with him. I’ve noticed that he has managed to catch their attention rather easily." he groaned
"This is going to be rather troublesome, I know it!” He said as he took another swig of ale.
“I just hope he can make a big enough distraction for me to get off this crappy island.” He said as he slammed his flask on the floor and looked at a small group of men in strange outfits.
“They’re always watching me, waiting for me to slip up and run!” He mumbled to himself.
“Frick’in Jin Sato’s henchmen are so bloody annoying!”………….

“Thank you for your hospitality, but I must take my leave for the time being. I will be back as soon as possible.” Viper said bowing slightly, then running back to where the weapons shop was. “Mitsurugi Hitsue, where are you?” He said to himself, looking at the mark on his hand that he hadn’t noticed till then. Viper then spotted marines walking towards him. He pulled his robe up over his head, making it so his face was not visible. The marines past and Viper continued on, reaching his destination.

“Mitsurugi Hitsue? Mitsurugi Hitsue?” Viper asked curiously, walking into the shop. There seemed to be no one but he decided to wait for a bit, leaning against a wall. He then started to hiss, still tired from running away from the marines. Guess I'll need to get used to that if I’m gonna be a pirate. Well, it is pretty fun actually. Viper thought, smiling under his hood to himself, letting out a quiet chuckle about the recent and strange events.

Hibiki looked over the edge of the building as the group passed under the docks.  When they did not pass out the other side his suspicions were raised.  'That sand belt under the dock is pretty big.  I would stake my life that there's more under there than sand.  They couldn't have gone anywhere, so I'll just wait a bit more.'  He kept observing the docks, waiting for their emergence.

Finally the man known as Viper walked from the sandbar.  Hibiki kept himself concealed behind the ledge of the building.  'That is only one, where are the rest of them?  Probably still inside. I'll keep an eye on them.  If they make a move for a ship I can see it from here.'

Kendal was walking thorugh a long, mostly dark tunnel. She had yet to find an exit that wasn't infested with Marines. 'Ugh, I'm stuck down here, and still smell like I'd run three marathons after I had fought of a Marine Platoon. Shouldn't have extended that workout for the extra hour.' Kendal froze when she cuahgt the smell, and voices of a small group of people. 'Crap, there's more of them. Which way, which...' Kendal's eyes returned to normal once she recognized the footstep pattern of those hiding and preparing for a fight. 'That means, aw man, they're gonna try to fight through the marines!? Are they stupid!?' She rushed forward to lend a hand, since she knew she wouldn't make it in time to to stop them.
