also PS1 games are starting to trickle out in the States (got Wild ARMs the other day) and you can buy badass games off of the JPN store as well like the Samurai Spirits series ^^

XBL is much more established than PSN, I mean it's only about 1 year old. I have confidence that there will be more killer appz hitting PSN in '08 though.

Dont forget Pain, a very fun PSN game

My friend got a free ps3, I was, and probably still am, skeptical of this whole thing. I mean, free ps3 just for referring a number of people to a site? Hopefully I didn't sound like one of those people trying to refer others, cause I'm not. I just wanted to know what you guys thought of that.
There's gotta be some invisible strings attached... or something, right?

recently changed my NAT to type 2 and im pretty excited. i havent posted in a long time and didnt have a reason to really play online until now. i recently got COD4 and will play and ask you K-F members for invites considering i have no PS3 friends (its good to start somewhere, and we all have One Piece in common). I will look back in this thread to see if anyone plays COD4 but will try to ask everyone with usernames to be my friend.

My PS3 ID is amadocious. Kaizodude is only used for K-F.

Hi. Got a ps3 myself although not many games. I was wondering if anyone can recommend to me any ps3 games they have played which are really good. I am looking for an RPG type game and possibly a party game to play with a few friends.

I already completed Assassin's Creed which was very fun with a pretty good story although it tends to freeze from time to time. I also have Resistance and COD4 which are pretty addictive games although I have yet to test them online cause I don't know how. Anyone who is playing COD4, can you tell me if there is a co-op mode because I can't seem to locate it.

I am actually thinking of getting Ratchet and Clank next since I played the ps2 installments but just wanted to ask first how the new game measures up to its predecessors.

'm just wondering if there any good non FPS games for the PS3 out right now?  I don't really care for FPS games all that much to be honest.

Imo its the most overrated genre ever.

Don't mention Ratchet, Uncharted and Assassins's Creed since I got those three games.

Also it blows that all the quality non FPS games like RE4, DMC4, MGS4, GT5, GTA4, Tekken, FFXIII and the new Jak game won't be out for a while.  Since they are the games I personally want the most.
