I had heard the rumors. Congrats, I think? Anyway, I'm done with my summer classes (and MGS4) so now I'm available for anything that comes up!

I think it's high time that we finally work on concluding this arc and work on restructuring this RP. It's a shame but there are clearly a few members that more than likely are never to return for one reason or another. I don't hold anything against them, but we cannot keep this RP on indefinite hold for their sake as well.

In another thread, Crimson said he still checks this on a daily basis, Okami continues to be an active member of the board, and I check the forums often as well. Ed was the last to post here and I am sure that she's is simply waiting for something to happen. Random said he would post something but it has been quite some time since then so while I continue to hold on to the hope that he will, I won't be making any assumptions. Drachnon was also among the more recent posts in the RP, so there is still hope there as well. Jefu hasn't made any post in the longest of times, which is especially odd since he lives with Okami, as far as I know anyway.

In all likelihood, Valeron (Yake), Smartz118 (Tevai), and Omega_D (Chris) are not going to be returning due to lack of recent posts and no notice or updates. In the near future, either during this arc or before the next, we need to figure out a means to remove their characters or find an alternative. Some would suggest possible allowing others to play the characters in order to keep the continuity going. While I see the merits in such an idea, I think it's better to remove them and introduce a new group. It gives a breath of fresh air to the RP and allows whatever members that choose to join to introduce their own characters. However, if someone really does want to play a currently existing character, then I won't object.

I know Okami has alot of great ideas for this arc, but time really has a way of messing things up. It's going to seem like a copout and also a major case of deus ex, but I suggest an immediate and foreseeable conclusion to this arc. I would happily discuss anything and everything in order to achieve this both swiftly, professionally, and also in a manner that is still enjoyable. Now, I may be yanking my own chain here, but I'm sure that there a few people who have been waiting for us to post again, and I don't want to disappoint them. So for them and ourselves, we should do our best to continue to at least a decent conclusion.

Yosh! I am both willing and eager to keep my brain-child alive with you guys, and be part of telling the legend that is going to be the journey of this crew.

So, what I will be doing, is reviewing some of the posts, sift through my notes, and prepare for the next arc, and give people a week to sound off. (Since I will be too busy being a fulltime boyfriend the last week I have Ed in my clutches )

If you have not given any indication of being alive during the next week, I will start plotting your character's demise/exodus/fence-sitting/torch-bearing. But, in all likelyhood, the pace will be set at a level so that the week will technically be extended with however long it takes to execute those plans

But seriously. Sound off, people. I am curious to see if we can set this ship out again.

I'm here and I can vouch for Jefu. Even if he's not here to post, I can still write down what he wants if need.

Despite it being way over a week, I'm still here...just busier.

according to facebook, he's "in a relationship with..." some super skinny trollop-looking slip of a girl. most likely he's too busy getting laid  and soon being 21 to bother coming to check on the RPs. but, since there hasn't been all that much activity lately, i can't really blame him.

i think i'll leave it up to the OCs, since Izzy's intro was the keening of the death bell, so to speak.

so many characters i don't get to use, it's not really that much of a defeat to me any more.

Actually, let me do it. I know exactly how I want everything to turn out in this arc, I was it's architect after all so I would like to instead write out how everything should play out, and get us off of this island and on to the next journey.

Yeesh that was a quick response. I guess when someone is offering to actually take the buck, people are going to react quick. Fine, I'll start tomorrow and we'll see where this takes us.
