Ivankov, no way..... I really doubt that, in manga chapter 539, she/he very surprise about what Luffy told him about his father.

So if Ivankov is Luffy's mom, she/he would like to say something else than those words.

Every full moon Sengoku becomes female. (S)he is the mother of Luffy, after a fateful encounter with Dragon on a windy beach under a moonlit sky. That's why Sengoku always acts so frustrated and annoyed when (s)he hears of Luffy's latest activities. As a mother/father (s)he wants his/her child to grow up well-behaved and obedient. Also the reson why Garp was responsible for part of Luffy's upbringing and trying to groom him into a marine. Like father/mother like son as they say. *manga spoiler* Also the reason Sengoku knew Ace was Roger's son and not Dragon's. (S)he'd know his/hew own offspring right? *end spoiler*

What is he Goku?
No no no you all have it wrong! the only one who was ever on par with Dragon was Gol D. Roger. So one night Dragon had Ivanko hit Gol with one of his/her special hormone shots. Thus Goldie Roger was born. 3 months later (cause Roger was a G like that) Luffy came into this world.

What are you saying? Ace was just put to start long before than Luffy

What was Luffy's mother like? Was she beautiful? What happened to her? Did she die when Luffy was a baby?

Sensei Answered...
I think she's alive. I'm still thinking very hard about this. [Laughs] But if she does appear in the story, then she'll be a very tough-looking woman. And strict. There's no way she's a beautiful mother. She's got this typical middle-aged woman's permed hair..."

The answer gors on, but it's just about Robin's past and how even if someone is not related to you by blood, they can still be your family.

I was thinking that at first, but the fact that she wasn't with Luffy from the start had turned me off from that idea. But I sadly just realized that she probably wouldn't want to raise her son in an environment with criminals around. That might explain why she's on friendly terms with Garp too. And Oda said he was thinking very hard about Luffy's mother at that point, and he was probably deciding on certain details of the Post-War Arc (like Dadan) at that time, so it fits with the timeframe. Okay, I have a very good observation, and I believe it is true.
Luffy's mom is unkown to us, and we haven't seen or heard of her name before.
But I think that she is Gold D. Rogers sister, for the following reasons:
Dragon married rogers sister, that is why Roger asked GARP ( who is luffys grandfather) to take care of his son (ace), which only makes sense.
Secondly, luffy has the power to hear all things, and same haki as roger, therefore, somehow luffy has to be connected to him somehow, other than the fact that he looks like him ( according to rayliegh).lastly, when garp brought luffy to get raised with ace, it problyt because they are relatives and family. ( Cousins). So, luffys mom is rogers sister.
