Oh no, please find a way to continue with rereleasing these episodes. I compared the current release with the previous and the increase in quality is dramatic. The quality of the previous raws makes One Piece look like a badly drawn anime.

have you already talked to the person who was capping the reruns? maybe he just doesn`t have a time to upload the raws or RL problem came up or he intend to upload them later or something

Yes, I personally talked to him, he said he doesn't have time to do it at all. Wasn't even interested is uploading the raw transport streams. If you guys want him to change his mind, maybe with enough people going on #TV-Japan on Rizon and complaining would help...

That would be me. And I would love to help, but unfortunately until I can find a decent job and also get my student loans paid off I can't afford the PC upgrade and capture card that I would need. Let's hope there is someone out there that is willing and able to do it, because I too am very excited about rewatching these episodes in HD.
