so confused with the possibilities; but I like where this is going. regular pace chapter. an evolution, an explaination, further foreshadowing, and a revelation. In not 10, not 5, but 1 Bleach chapter!

Best chapter in a while. The plot was good, the twist was done well, and you could practically feel ichigo's heart racing with his eyes going wild.

No, no, according to Ichigo everyone's been mind raped and in fact it has been eluded to that he had this power ever since he cut Orihime (surprising foreshadowing in bleach).  Although unexpected I feel like I've read this before somewhere so while I'm pretty impressed I'm not feeling all that amazed right now.  It all depends on where he leads us now, actually I'm really looking forward to the next chap.

it makes you almost think that he built up for this. But who purposefully drops their series' ratings that much just to build up? idk, but I'm not complaining.

who the hell smiles after hav--nevermind I just realized orihime will heal it. Fucking aye. Well to hell with it. Ichigo can nonlethally take them out, or can take out chad enough not to kill him and do the same to orihime, so that later she can heal it (or w/e).... regardless, there's a lot of potential to ignore all of this and for him to just own the situation, especially with that speed.

so because those characters are being secretive and not in the story so far, this climax, in my opinion, will probably last 10 chapters or more from the plot twists that will come up in the in-story scope of maybe half an hour.

instead of one epic chapter, it will be a lot of 6-7 out of 10 (rated) chapters.

Agreed. This is now starting to boil down into something good; bleach cooks slow, man.

lol if you didn't see this coming you've never read bleach, or you just missed the ch that Ushida got attacked in.  i love how he hasn't told us who the shinigami his dad and urahara meet, but then thats asking too much, granted he did have foreshadowing all be it baddy done but foreshadowing none the less i think it would kill him to follow up on anything in a timely manner.   last i checked bleach was ranked  14th  [Jump #33] granted this was two weeks ago but i cant see it getting much higher than say 10 this week, that's being kind too.

Can he please just learn one other move?  No matter what form he takes its always getsuga tenshou.  Wait... no, I'm lying he also had that black cero and the"final" getsuga tenshou.  I was hoping with new powers he'd rip out one new move but...

When he transformed into that second hollow mask form and destroyed Ulquiorra (is that how you spell it) so yeah he isn't conscious of it, but I believe they said his getsuga in bankai highly resembles the cero used only by the number four and higher espada.  And on another sour note we only get to see that cero once, unless the one's the primera was throwing around were the same thing, but they didn't seem to be in the anime so...

Actually he's far better than what I give him credit for, when he surrounded the getsuga over his sword when he first started fighting Ulquiorra(still don't think that's right) I thought that was pretty good.  But beyond that yeah, just faster n stronger.  Even Goku learned quite a few supplemental moves in spite of generally relying on the Kame Hame Ha for a finishing move.

Lastly it was mentioned when they introduced the Fullbring that the power resembled, for each of them, a hollow that attacked their mother while they were in the womb.  So then I wonder why his shinigami power is so similar, does it mean that a person's spiritual makeup is the same whether they are hollow or shinigami?  In that case if, Old man Yamamoto, turned into a hollow somehow he'd have the power to burn things to ash.  Ahh, then that explains Tousen's ugly bug form when he put on his hollow mask... okay, now I'm rambling...

Ok, credit where credit is due: having Ginjo turn out to be a bad guy as well was a pretty cool plot twist. Let's hope Kubo doesn't somehow screw this up now.

I think we're all a little relaxed with our expectations right now. The bad guy could turn out to be Kon and we'd all shit ourselves.
