hello i have question i know this mp4 release...so can anyone tell how to convert that to avi(best quality)....thank before

If u need video converter just search for it at google,it's not that hard.And why you need avi?you using tv to watch one piece?

MP4 is a better overall format, but AVI is much easier to work with (compability), since most of the video editing/burning software supports it, but that's not the case with MP4. Try googling for it, or find a guide.

The DMCA is just stupid, and only filtering away the url to the index isn't helping much :-) Besides, I've got the impression that Funimation sells more One Piece since quality subs like K-F sparks people's interests. My guess is that it's just some random lawyer/lawyer company who's trying to get themselves some work.
