This weakness to water got me thinking, does it mean that Ceasar created this creature by combining the condensed gas with a zoan type devil fruit or it's weak to water the same way that Moria's zombies were weak to salt for being a product of a devil fruit's ability?

I had the thinking that the Slime was a byproduct of CC somehow. It would make more sense to be a byproduct of Magellan though haa.

I'm not really sure. His ability might be what makes him valuable to this arc (after all, we've barely seen him use it, and he can't use it until his body is fished out). He could have vital information about this creature (which seems the least likely as why would he know about something Caesar's own men didn't know about). Or it could be that there's something in his fighting style that makes him able to repel it (which is what I'm betting on; sure, he lost to Law, but he still has to be good to have made it this far). But with the situation at hand, the samurai has some role to play in this. The blob is slowly crossing the lake where the samurai's torso is sunk. Something has to happen in this.

As to the blob's power origins, no way to tell at this stage.

What I'm wondering is how a mountain-sized pile of the most flammable substance ever managed to move across the flaming half of the island long enough to reach the lake in the first place.

Its weak against water? Kinda sounds like a devil fruit user. Maybe its stuck in goo form...kinda like the zoan types in Impel Down.

im with the fool, it'll probably just dissolve. Although it could be because CC made the slime with his DF, in the same way Moria's zombies are weak to salt (like from the sea), however that's a bit of a stretch.

On another vein, I wonder who Joker is. it would have to be someone law could trust, so maybe another Nova? if so, i'd say: Apoo, Uroge, X-Drake (oh boy maybe), or maybe Hawkins, just to throw everyone off (hes by no means cheery at all). for all we know though, it could be buggy. Who I'm guessing is a shichibukai.

Luffy was hilarious as always and CC had no chance. But the dark figure at the end, I would assume perhaps Aokiji?

I don't think so. Law looks like he's in pain, Monet seems to know him. Maybe its the joker guy. Luffy looks like got taken out by CC's special gas and no chapter next week.
