Besides the fact that he gave up being a pirate, which isn't cool, he was a pretty awesome fighter. I liked Stealth Foot a lot, and the notion of blinding speed that just strikes everywhere is pretty cool. It's a shame he wasn't introduced later as a more powerful fighter, since his ability is a lot more entertaining in my book than a lot of the later villains (Don Krieg and Arlong, for example).

I hated the guy, but some people on another thread said they liked him and wanted him to appear in future episodes.

YES. He's the second coolest so far. Second to Crocodile.

The major cool ones so far. The list goes on for a while, there aint to many uncool characters in OP yet.

Is this your cool list? Or the cool list for villains? If this is your villains cool list they shouldnt be there coz Smoker aint a villian and niether in Bon Clay...

Bon Clay not a villain? Although he did come around a bit he was still in service to Crocodile. I would classifie him as a villain. But you're right about Smoker. He's a Marine after all.

He isnt a villain, he's not evil, he's Mugiwara's friend and he sacraifced himself so Vivi could meet up with the crew (which never even happened Poor Bon-chan got himself caught for nothing)

I didnt like kuro.. he was the nerdy guy from behind the computer that said "man i love One Piece, im gona be a pirate too!"
then he became a pirate, and retired.. and he has way too big shoes.. I dont like his shoes..

Kuro was cool he had good moves, exept that he could kill his own crew with "Shakshi".
I think it's to bad that he left being a pirate... I want to se more of him

I didn't really like Kuro. Sure, his techniques were cool, but he was just an asshole.

yes kuro was smart and powerful....for him to come back ; he will have to with a devil fruit..or else
without that kuro ain't worth nuthing to me at this point...why
betrayed his nakama ...his dreams..most probably became a pirate for one piece wich he left in his past to know tranquility...so him competing still or interfering in becoming the pirate king ....chances are 15%
15% is if he gains a DF

P.S. + did kuro pass reverse mountain once in his life

Pretty much all the villains Luffy beats the crap out of are despicable in one way or another, so that's pretty much a moot point for me. I'm just saying that as a fighter his techniques were a lot more badass than some of the later major villains.

i do think Kuro was more entretaining than Krieg and Arlong, but not more tha crocodile... so yeah it probably could have been cooler if he was a more powerful villan

Kuro's fight was the first one I actually really... really enjoyed. I think, though, that he might make another appearance. For some reason I have this faint memory of after Luffy got a 30,000,000 beli bounty, they showed different people looking at the poster, and I BELIEVE one of them was Kuro. Maybe there's someone crazy enough to check it out.
